Google phones are unreliable and made to break. Will never buy again.

New phone as designed nice size easy to handle and hold. 5G is a complete let down, I have not seen any performance increase with normal everyday phone use.

The screen got crashed from the 1-foot height. The screen is fragile.

Horrible experience with this phone. It broke within 2 months. Had it in a case the whole time, never dropped it, it just quit working. Google had me take it to a repair center which was worthless, then send it back to google. It is not 15 days and counting and I am still getting the run around. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. And of course... when they do get around to "replacing" your phone it is only with a refurbished phone... so all that money I spent, all that time I am waiting and I only will end up with a refurb. Seriously... buy a Samsung. This company and the phone they produce are both worthless.

Save your money get a mid range Motorola for $300 and you will have more functionality. If you take screenshots, on all other devices you use a gesture... not on this phone, prepare to push buttons or have to ask your voice assistant. Who thinks that is easier than waving your hand or pressing 3 fingers on the screen. I was dissatisfied with the Motorola's ability to edit screenshots. This phone is no better! The transfer of data from the Moto One Action to this phone is anything but flawless. If you know how to manually setup your accounts and move your data and messages manually, just get right to it. It will be faster and less prone to errors. Finally and probably my biggest complaint is a NON STANDARD CHARGER! You cannot charge this phone with any existing charger! Have you purchased long charging cables? Prepare to carry the little dongle around to make your extended length cable work with the NON STANDARD CHARGER. I absolutely wish I had it to do over again I would save my money and just keep using my Motorola.

Didn’t like it so I returned it. The camera wasn’t as good as I hoped

It technically works, gets updates, and has 5G capabilities, but it lacks the front Speakers you would get from something like the Pixel 2. It also has the same problems with the weather widget as previous pixel phones, where it will randomly disappear.

Takes time to learn a new phone but it's ok. Don't know what else to say.

The camera is amazing, overall the cellphone is excellent. BUT it stopped working within a month. It got locked in reboot mode. Google support attempt to fix includes resetting to factory settings which erases all the data. It seems like a common issue with Pixel phones.

Great phone for the price. Just to small for me...

This phone constantly freezes up on me and turns off at random moments. It drops calls and resets all the time. Would not recommend.

I have had the Pixel since November. A little bit of steam and some minor water splashing and my phone is DEAD. It is so sensitive and it was too expensive to replace it. I would not recommend. Also the photos quickly fill up your google account and managing the space means more $$$.

This phone is an excellent balance between display quality, sound quality, processing speed, and everything else. This phone is fast, faster than how fast you would think a 765 chip is. The cameras are the absolute highlight of this phone. While many others with a phone try to take good pictures, I'd find it hard for anyone to be able to take a bad one with this phone. The night mode and the astrophotography mode are absolutely ridiculous. I would only be able to count out a few stars with my eyes and after snapping a picture with this phone it captured hundreds of stars. This phone has it all. You won't be missing the wireless charging because it charged faster with the wired 18W charging. This battery lasts me all day easily. The display gets bright and the OLED panel is great. You can easily get 7-8 hours out of this phone to last you throughout the whole day. This phone is the best value for money out there right now. If you can get it while discounted it'll be an absolute steal. Would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a big screen, incredible cameras, fast processing speeds, and good battery life.

Very brittle phone. It broke quite quickly and I was without a phone for weeks

Bought an open box pixel sold as excellent condition then got home the screen was scratched up & whomever had it before me didn't reset it properly therefore it was bricked & useless! Very disappointed that BB didn't properly check it prior to resell & those scratches on the screen did not warrant it to been resold in excellent condition.

Love pixels but wasn't impressed with battery live very short life

Never buy a phone online at BB. I ordered on Dec 25 and picked up on the 26th. I didnt know there return period was only 2 weeks! My wife didnt like the pixel 4a 5g phone. Pretty crappy and they said you can't return it.
