Terrible support, problems with charging port
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am returning this phone because the charging port stopped working within the first month. Google's support has been extremely poor. Honestly, I'm shocked at how bad the customer service has been. Also, the 5g service in my city is really slow and there is no way to make this phone use 4g. Be sure that 5g coverage works well in your area before purchasing.

If you experience any issues with your phone within the first 30 days, please contact Best Buy directly. If you are outside of the 30-day window, please contact Google support as each new phone comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty in the US.
