Great phone, features and camera for the price, even better than other more expensive phones.

Its a great phone, not a flagship but a well thought after piece of hardware and paired with uplifting software from google. It comes at a great price point when the median price of a novelty and fashion phone comes in at a whopping $1000+ so having something that lasts at least 2 models up without slowed down software and poor battery performance like seen with other fruit brands, really hits home for certain consumers.

This is a great phone at a great price. It takes great pictures and it's easy to use.

I really wanted to like this phone. I love that it has a headphone jack, I love that it runs a mostly bloat-free and ad-free version of Android (in recent years, many Android phonemakers have basically ruined Android on their phones by filling it with needless apps and features), I love the camera quality (despite it lacking a telephoto camera),and I love that the bootloader can be unlocked meaning you can root the phone or flash custom ROMs. This is super useful for people that like more control over their device or intend to keep their phone past the window of provided software support. The problem is that this phone is simply built like trash. It's made from plastic. I personally don't think any phone, budget or flagship, should be made from plastic. I simply refuse to understand why this phone is $500 and made from plastic when the iPhone SE (2020) is made from premium aluminum and glass and actually costs less and has a faster processor. There is no excuse for making an appliance that most people use everyday out of such a cheap material. Google is absolutely taking their customers for a ride and overcharging for their devices. What else is wrong with this phone? The screen is absurdly dim. I could barely make out icons or text on a sunny day without maxing the brightness and after a few moments, the autobrightness would lower it back to a point of unreadability. I also very much dislike the hole punch camera cutout. I think notches and camera cutouts are a solution in search of a problem. It's a hideous black dot marring the otherwise edge-to-edge display. The only positive thing I can say about the camera cutout is that it is in the left corner rather than the center of the screen. Many other phonemakers have started putting hole punch cameras right in the middle of the phone and it's immensely distracting when gaming or watching videos. Thank you to Google for at least putting it in the corner where it's less obtrusive. I think Google deserves praise for software support, cameras, and allowing bootloader unlocking. Everything else about this phone is pretty bad. I returned it.

Didn't want to pay for the latest and greatest pixel. The 4a 5G was a great compromise between price and features. Have had it for several months, no issues. I use to have the pixel 2 which the battery would no longer last. Upgrading to the 4a 5g has been great due to the battery life. Would definitely have purchased again for the price if I had to do it all over again.

Excellent phone! clean system, good color, confortable in the hand

It's what I paid for. Fast and seemingly reliable. Bought a tough case to go with it because I know I'm not able to keep this thing looking brand new. Getting used to a lot of the differences in user commands and touching requirements definitely was a learning curve. Also, the little fingerprint sensor on the backside was something to adapt to, for sure. Quite awkward at times.

Purchased Pixel primarly for it camera. After two days with the device and 200+ photos of the grandkids I can say we are very happy with the device. This camera is easy to use, day and night photos are great, and wide angle shots are a pleasent surprise. My wife and I are longtime android users, so this interation of the OS just improves everything. We would highly recommend this device.

Have had this phone for 2 years now and have had no issues

Impressed with 5G, and the price was right. Nearly as fast at my wifi.

So far, the phone is great, the only issue I can think of it is that it is almost too big for my hands, but a case with a ring or a pop socket solves that issue. I am happy with the trade-offs between certain features that the Pixel 5 has and this phone compared with the price; such as the 2GB extra memory, smaller screen size, wireless charging, and water proofing.

Best Android phone, excellent Camera. Battery lasts more than a day.

For the price it's almost impossible to get a better deal. 3-years of OS updates, and for half the price of most flagships. The only real "feature" the phone is missing is Qi wireless charging, but it's not a deal breaker, and considering almost no new phones have headphone jacks, I'd rather the 3.5mm headphone jack instead of Qi anyway.

Best phone I've ever had hands down. I use to use flagship Samsung's up until 2019 and then I started to use mid range phones. This Pixel is by far my favorite phone I have ever owned and may now be a pixel person for life LOL. Display is great, battery is great, pictures are phenomenal, no issues with speed at all. My wife has one now as well.
