Very happy with purchase. The phone was in excellent condition and the price for the open box version was fair as well. Would definitely recommend this phone as it is the best Google has to offer to date.

Purchased this phone because my phone carrier's trade-in value is higher than what I paid for this phone. I did try the phone and liked how you get Android updates before everyone else.

Great phone. I have had many Pixel phones and this does not disappoint. I like that they reduced price for this new release. Only issue is the sensitive edges easily close windows when scrolling.

Very good phone I have had other pixels and really enjoy them. What keeps this phone from being great is the under glass earpiece not being that good. I work in a noisy environment so it may not affect everyone.

The phone is stable and full screen the hardware is a little less than what you would like but works for what I want. I do not game or need the best camera since it fits for my need and reliable with no bloat ware.

Great midrange phone. Has most of the features of more expensive phones. The main difference I see, is that the processing time to do things like take a picture take slightly longer than what you'd expect.

Love this phone. Android user in the past. Once I learned my way around everything seems to work awesome. Also seems to have more features than Samsung and none of the additional junk.

Pretty nice device. Battery life has been stronger than expected. The whole experience has been a plus so far. Early on in ownership to truly test and rate durability, but otherwise excellent.

I switched from the Galaxy series to the Pixel and frankly, I'm glad I did. I didn't realize how much unnecessary stuff was on the Galaxy, but the biggest benefit? No more Bixby.

Just great value. It is smooth as can be, especially for the price. One could notice differences between this and more expensive ones but they'd have to be right next to each other..

1st Pixel I've ever owned. Replacing a 3 year old Moto. I like the size of the 5a, perfect for my small hands. I also like modern speeds. Easy to transfer from old Droid. The simplicity is elegant.

I kept my Pixel 1 from the month it was released. It's an upgrade. I don't like that they did away with the back button in lieu of directional swipes, but that's my only complaint so far.

Great phone so far! Not the fastest specs but you don't need that for normal daily use. No gaps in the panel seam for me. Battery life is amazing and lasts a full day with 7-8hr of on time.

700 dollar hole in your pocket.. Don't buy. Overheating issues phone feels so flimsy its sickening and the $700 Price tag is this out of the question The phone Made from plastic it feels light it doesn't feel like a 700 phone I will not recommend , but I do recommend the pixel 4a. It's sad that the 4a Is A better choice to make him not saying that lightlyI returned to my pixel 5

This phone is excellent and was easy to migrate from existing google pixel phone to new Google pixel 5. Very happy with the purchase and the customer service I received from best buy.

I didn't expect to like the Pixel 5 after coming from a Pixel 4XL. However, it's better in some ways such as battery life and screen to body ratio just to name a couple!

The placement of the order and the pickup at the store was an efficient and hassle free process. The tech person helped me set up the phone at the store before I left.
