The service was great and I was given the basic instructions. I was very fortunate that they took the time to transfer all the data from my old phone to this one.

Solid software makes up for every hardware shortcoming. The hole punch display and design regression from adding the fingerprint to the back and not the side is why it's 4 stars and not 5.

This phone got a lot of flack for not having an 865 processor bit the 765g with stock Android and 90htz refresh rate is so clean and smooth. Got a good open box deal too

Have been using pixel phones since their release. Love their look and the pure Android experience. Have never had an issue with any of their phones.

No better phone for running a pure version of Android. I had a Samsung galaxy s10 before this phone and hated all of the non Android interruptions from Samsung.

The Pixel 5 works much like my older Pixel, but most features work better or faster. I'm happy with the product. I'll probably keep this phone for a while.

It's basic capacitive tech, but it's tried and tested and works blisteringly fast. The Pixel 5 is so good it will keep me away from an iPhone for another year

I used pixel 3XL for a long time. Compared to that, this feels small and light-weight. But it's sturdy. Nice camera. Wireless charging is a bit slow though.

Wish it had the option for more storage with a microSD card. Solid camera, great battery life and works well (as it should) with other googles devices and apps.

Speedy, no issues. Love the size compared to the 4 XL. Fits in one hand much easier. Screen super clear. Big fan of finger print scanner. Love that it is back.

Love this phone but hate where the back button is and the close all tabs button whatnot is it's the only issues I have with this phone but it's a great phone overall

I was a little worried because it had a "less than premium" price tag. But it's amazing. If you want the best non-Apple experience, this is it.

Phone was fine. No problems. Liked android 11. Problem was I missed my stylus. Returned it. I will upgrade to the Note 20 5g Ultra when the price drops below $1,000.

I've been regretting not waiting for more reviews to come out about the 5. I wish it was overall a little bigger. I loved my 3a xl. I plan on switching back to 3a xl after I get the screen placed or upgrade to different brand or the 6. Love Google but they dropped the ball here.... Must say that it is a tough cookie the amount of times I have dropped it and just known there would be damage, only to with a breath of relief see not a scratch

My husband loves his new phone, he says that is clearer on both ends of his conversation saying that his sister could hear him better and he heard her better

This is my second pixel, and even though I liked my last one the 5 is even better. I had the 4 in white and the store let me take it in, quick, and easy.

Great phone when it worked. I've had this phone for 3 months and it was pretty decent, long battery life, good camera etc. But 3 months in after a scheduled firmware update my phone wouldn't turn on and I can't do nothing to fix it. Google themselves offer no help, so an $800 purchase goes down the drain.

I bought this for my wife to replace her Google Pixel 2XL. She seems to like it much better, and is a worthy upgrade if you have an older Pixel.
