I went to this store because the one I just to have close to my house was close, but I had a bad experience with this sales guy, super rude and very hard to understand him, he makes us feel like he discriminate us , we paid with two different cc the two phones that we purchased and he just added one to my best buy account. He didn't even bother himself to asked us if we needed anything else, cases or the screen protector, wow ...can someone help me please and put the second phone on this account. Thank you.

A 5G Phone With A Camera That Packs A Punch!

I got this phone as part of the Best Buy Tech Insider program in order to review. I switched from my Samsung Note10+ and although it isn't necessarily more powerful, the Pixel 5 feels faster and more powerful especially when it is connected to a 5G network. The size is ok, much more compact than the Note10+ which fits nicely in my pocket. However, even though the screen is smaller, it isn't that noticeable. It is bright and crisp with vibrant colors and detail. The camera is where the Pixel 5 really shines. It takes such high quality photos that it's hard to tell which ones I shot on my phone and which ones I shot on my DSLR. Overall I really love the Pixel 5 and don't think that I will switch back to a Samsung phone any time soon.

Extremely poor service. Phone I received was not reset properly. It ask for the previous owner pin or email and password associated with the previous account. Was told by online CS I had to bring phone back to store to get it settled. Took me a few hours of watching youtube videos to settle it myself. Terrible amd irritating experience.

Honestly the worst experience with retail I've ever had, workers were so rude and apathetic, lied straight to my face and then didn't offer to help or even act like they cared. Never going back to best buy for anything ever again, left the store in tears because I had store associate delete pictures of my deceased loved ones off of my phone without my consent.

Worse phone I've ever owned. Only charges with half or less working chargers. Very unresponsive screen, reminds me of early tablets. 5g is not faster and it takes an hour just to connect to the network 5g or less. I've had a Pixel 2 and 3 and liked them but this is not even close to the quality of those. The only good thing is the night photos.

The Google Pixel 5 is a great all around phone that is more budget friendly than the latest and greatest phones out there. At $650 the Pixel 5 is more appealing to budget minded people, yet the phone doesn't compromise much. I'm sure it is one of the more affordable 5G phones out there. In the package with the phone is a 5v/3A + 9v/2A charger, USB-C cable and a USB-A to USB-C adapter. The adapter and USB cable are used for transferring files and settings from your old device to the Pixel. This worked surprisingly well. One note, since my old phone had a USB-C port also I thought I could just connect the two phones with the included cable and transfer that way. However the phones didn't recognize each other. Instead, when I used the A to C adapter with a different USB-A to USB-C cable, the phones recognized each other and the transfer was made. There must be some sort of circuitry in the adapter that makes the transfer possible. The screen is fantastic. I love that the phone is so thin and the screen goes right up to the edges. The screen is slightly larger than my old phone, but slightly smaller in overall size. Swiping, motions and tasks operate smoothly. The processor is actually a step down in processing speed from many newer phones, but you'll never notice the difference and everything works as it should. For the camera, Google opted for a two lens system that is more suited to wider shots than "zooming in". The camera and video camera work very well, even in low light conditions, but don't expect to zoom in and get good photos. There is noticeable noise when zooming 2x. Having said that, the camera works well close up. 4K video at 60fps? Pretty amazing. I'm not a videophile but the features of the camera are great and work well. I enjoy taking panorama shots and those look great. There are options for taking slo-mo and time lapse video that also worked great. I'm pretty happy with the image and video performance of this phone. Minor annoyances: Google did away with facial recognition unlock. At first I was rather annoyed by this as I've become accustomed to unlocking my phone this way, but the fingerprint scanner works really well and is located on the back of the phone so that as soon as I pick up the phone and tap the fingerprint scanner it instantly unlocks. Also, there is no LED indicator light for notifications. Notifications will pop up on the screen but only for a few seconds so if I miss that notification I have no way of knowing about those notifications unless I unlock the phone. Also, there's no way to increase the time the notifications stay visible on the lock screen. I wish I could change that. Overall I'm very happy with the Google Pixel 5.
