Overall I'm very happy with it. No complaints other than the volume control however I'm told it has the same type of volume settings all modern phones have ( I had an S9) so I guess it doesn't really matter. There is no master volume to just raise or lower everything and instead you have to control each one individually. To make it worse, some volume groupings seem to tie together things that don't seem to belong together.

Phone is exactly what I expected. Very easy to use and battery life is great.

Nothing really stands out to me. Google seems to be totally different on this phone versus the Samsungs I have owned previously. The contacts get all wonky when they are merged. The battery life is better than expected. I'm not a power user. I have been able to not charge for 3 days and still have 30% remaining.

Great phone love the camera and photos this thing takes.

Took some getting used to but a great upgrade from what I was using (iPhone XR). Physically, phone looks great: has a unique color and a unique, textured feel (back side). Love the touchscreen response, pictures look great, apps have been functioning intelligently for the most part. Only negative has been the fingerprint detector, which won't work if your finger isn't completely dry.

It was a great phone until just after the return period expired, the volume of the speaker started fluctuating wildly. Doesn't matter whether it's being used as a phone or in any app; the volume will just randomly vary, oscillating over time. For example, say I set the volume at 50% on the phone's visual volume control. The volume indicator doesn't change, just the sound coming from the speaker drops to maybe as low as about 10% and then ten seconds or so later it surges up to somewhere higher than I set it. It also changes in tone -- when the volume drops it also loses all treble and sounds far away and muffled. For that reason I'm guessing it might even be a thermal issue pushing the speaker components around. Oh well, sad that it happened after the return period. This is the fourth phone in six years that I will have to pursue a warranty for. Samsung, LG/Google, Motorola, and now Google again.
