The Pixel came in a nice company logoed box, and inside was the Pixel, Charger, USB Cable, USB to USB C adapter, sim card tray ejector tool and paperwork, “no headphones are included. The screen was covered with a protective opaque plastic film, “there’s no factory screen protector installed”.

I've never had any complaints since joining the Google family of products since buying them. Not to mention that Google products in general have goodies they add that I use daily as is so it's an added benefit.

Most boring design and phone ever but for some reason Google and software make it an excellent technology device. Still too expensive at full price but don't expect anything special other than very industrial and stock Android Google name. If only a slightly bigger display I would then rate Excellent

I've had my phone for almost a year now and it's been awesome. No issues, great battery, still pretty fast. It's unlocked so you can take it anywhere. Debating on preordering the pixel 6 but this phone works so well I don't see the need for another phone right now.

It's a really amazing phone. They lost me though with phone calls. The earpiece sounds very weak and has an almost metal vibration. I didn't realize that Google opted for an internal earpiece instead of a normal speaker type. I really don't like it and ultimately is why I returned it. If you can deal with it then it's an awesome device. I use my phone regularly so it wasn't something I was willing to work around.

Best option to upgrade from Pixel 3XL currently. There is less lag and the increased screen refresh rate is nice. I read Pixel 6 may use new in house chip so might be good to get pixel 5 now to avoid 1st generation bugs.

The Pixel 5 delivers on almost all fronts, but I find the battery life still peters out too soon. I conduct business on my phone, communicate via email, text, and phone calls. I was hoping to get through the business day without recharging, but that hasn't been the case. All other features of the phone are supreme.

It's a fantastic phone, but for what you're getting I think there should be more. Battery life isn't all too great. Screen is very sharp, but it doesn't get that bright. Camera is great but there needs some improvements. In normally bright situations, there still tends to be a noticable amount of grain.

I purchased this phone to replace a Pixel 2. The Pixel 5 was easy to set up and transfer items from the Pixel 2. Being the same size I was able to use the phone case I already had. If you are looking for an android phone that is easy to use and set up this is your phone!

This device is fast enough and has good first party software. Google has a lot of exclusive features in the stock android experience. The screen size is small if you're coming from a Samsung device but you will adjust. Camera is good, software makes up for hardware at times.

I'm biased since I was a previous Google user so there wasn't much for me to learn. I tried out the Samsung and came right back to the Pixel. I can't wait until the XL comes out for the larger screen however I'm pretty happy with the weight of the phone. Very light and crisp interface.

Not happy. Purchases this open box phone and when on speaker I can't be heard. Also occasionally the bottom left of the screen stops working. I reached out 2 days after the return date as I was moving and traveling a cross the country.

It's a fine upgrade, but I don't see leaps and bounds above my Pixel 2. If not for the wireless charging ability, I might have skipped this iteration until I was forced to upgrade.

Good phone, not the best but not the worst either. I like the design, screen, battery life and smoothness of it. Speakers are awful. If you don't need a phone right away, maybe wait for the Pixel 6 to see what that offers.

This phone has so much more storage and good battery time than my last phone. I haven't figured out everything which is the frustrating part about changing phones, but that is not the fault of the phone. The photos are fantastic and night sensitivity is crazy good!

It's a device meant for regular users. I have enjoyed the spam call detection feature. While it took me a while to adjust to this from my old samsung but it's definitely worth it. I wish they could fix the YouTube music app though. But every other google app is great.
