Really enjoy the new phone, it took time to get used to the new features but that is expected. However the website did glitch when I first started the check out process and made it seem like the phone was out of stock and I couldn't purchase it. Otherwise no issues and happy with purchase.

I really like this phone. it's perfect for me. I haven't had any issues. was easy to transfer my stuff from my old phone. I'm still getting the hang of it and learning how to use all the cool features. Recommend 100% Great Phone at a Great Price!

Not being very experienced with smartphones, I found the Pixel 5 to be very easy to get setup. So far it's been every thing it was advertised to be and I'm happy with the decision to purchase it. Buying from Best Buy was, as always, a good decision as well.

I’m giving a 3 star because the phone itself isn’t that bad. I bought this for my dad as a present and 3 months after when we people would call him he wouldn’t be able to hear them until he puts them on speaker

I held onto my Pixel 2 XL until the security updates ran out. It was a great phone so I hoping the Pixel 5 would be at least as good. I haven't been disappointed and the added bonus of a strong 5G signal in my area makes it even better! I highly recommend!

This was my first choice in phones since I no longer support Samsung. My wife has the Pixel 3XL and she loves it. I really am impressed by this phone. It was easy to set up and move contacts over from my previous phone. Only wish it has expandable storage.

So far so good, it's only been a week. I previously had a Pixel 2 so I knew what I was getting into. The refresh rate on this phone is great, if you multitask a lot, you'll enjoy that. The screen is clear and the colors are true. For the purest form of Android, go with the Pixel.

I love the value and full package that Pixel provides. I have had them all. I had a smart phone back when people would stop and look, asking what kind of Blackberry is that? If money matters to you, but you still want a tip tier phone, get a Pixel.

I just upgraded from the Pixel 2 XL, which is a phone I happened to love. I am not a fan of the Apple platform and have had really bad luck with Samsung phones. I love my new phone and it is a nice upgrade from the 2. Will remain a loyal Pixel customer.

This is a pretty solid phone, but lacks in some areas. I noticed a lot of stutters when scrolling, camera isn’t an upgrade over previous Pixel devices. Phone does have outstanding battery life and the screen looks solid.

The Google Pixel 5G 128 GB(unlocked)- Just Black Phone arrived with a sim card that was unable to be used with Verizon Wireless. A special 5G sim card is needed for the activation. A trip to the Verizon Wireless store and a wait of 30 minutes fixed it all. Thanks Best Buy.

Great overall phone, true Android experience with no bloatware. Wish it was $599 retail, with $499 promos. Bought it used - excellent condition on Best Buy and it was flawless. Guess some kid didn't like the tiny gap between the screen and the phone body, and returned it.

It is an excellent phone. I have always had a Samsung. Understanding how to access various features took me awhile. Now that I'm comfortable with it, I am really impressed with the Pixle 5's features that were not available on my Samsung.

Coming from OnePlus 8, pixel 5 is awesome. Dedicated fingerprint sensor doesn't fail like the in screen one on OnePlus phones. Plus android 11 runs smoothly and updates frequently. Did open box and saved a lot. Phone is as good as brand new

I was coming from an older Samsung phone, so this was a nice upgrade. I love the fingerprint sensor and the phone isn't overly large as some others are. I don't use all the features I could but functionality and response time are good.

Its a good little phone for your kids. It a huge step back from the pixel name. Good Battery will get you through the day but too many features will strip from the pixel line. Wait for the rumored pixel 5 pro

I'm very happy with the Pixel lineup and I find the day-to-day performance to be on par or better than Samsung devices with a much higher pricetag. Google's software running natively on their device is remarkable.

Great phone, but needs to have a bigger screen. I enjoyed the ease of use and the clean install of Android without all of the extras. The only complaint is the price, for the same price you can get a Galaxy s21 with better specs

This is my third Pixel (1,3,5) and would recommend it over and over. Good Android experience. The best photo software (would like to see an upgrade to the hardware) and the 5 had the back finger print recognition. Love it.

Excellent phone for everyday use. No fancy hardware features. No fancy sensors. Just a typical phone perfect for a daily driver. Software is out of this world. This is an excellent example of how software can make a world's difference.
