However, the customer support of google is not so good.. had a tough time dealing with their support for a device replacement

The swipe system is not intuitive, I activated the old stay on screen home button at the bottom, but it requires more swipes to use than my trusty old 3a. With this mode activated, there's no way to get to the all apps screen by swiping up. But having it the default way, the swipe needed to access all apps is particular and finicky. I recommend going to BB and putting your hands on this phone, and swiping through it, before buying.

I am a hard of Hearing individual and depend on Close Captions a lot. After purchasing the phone I found out that this phone was not compatible with my hearing aids and so the phone features where not connecting with my aids. So I had to return the phone. I could not get the phone to ring on my hearing aids when someone was calling or hear their voice when a call was coming through. I depend 100% on my hearing aids for hearing and this phone can't connect with my hearing aids. I understand Pixel5 is compatible but the reviews were not the best. So unfortunately I had to return my new phone and go back to my Apple. Maybe pixel will upgrade soon and at that time I would reconsider purchasing again.
