    Disappointing

    Have had the phone for a week and already had to do a full factory reset. All my apps are gone, don't have the old phone to re-copy everything. For the price I expected it to work longer and better, places I had great reception with my 3A suddenly are zero service (didn't switch providers, didn't change their coverage area). So far seems like a lot of money wasted.

    Phone is fantastic. The only issue is that it keep disconnecting my phone service and I need to restart it two to three times a day. Not sure when that fix will be in

    GLASS CASING - shatters when dropped

    Writing on behalf of my husband because he now no longer has a phone, and we can't afford to re-replace it. We've both had the Google Pixel 1 and 2's, and a Google Pixelbook so it was an easy choice to upgrade him to the new 6. Whose dumb idea was it to make the back casing of non-shatterproof GLASS???? I bought it him for his 66th birthday, complete with a robust case and a zagg screen. EVERYONE drops their phone from time to time, and he did, but in a case too. The entire back casing shattered because it is made of GLASS. THE MOST DUMBEST DESIGN EVER. it happened on the 30th day, but Verizon still wouldn't honor the manufacturers 30 day warranty. So now he is without a phone as we can't do another $800 in the same month. So DUMB and disappointing. Won't be buying another Google Pixel, but will be leaving reviews of this poor design on all the popular retail outlets.

    Lemon

    I got a lemon. In just the first week the phone kept freezing up every day. The alarm clock, after i shut it off before its time it was scheduled, went off anyway. I couldn't shut it off because i already had. So, i shut off the phone and the alarm continued!! I went to Best Buy to order a new one and there computers were down and told to come back the next day. So i did and the told me they had to keep the phone until the new one came in. After about 15 minutes of discussion about that, which wasn't going to work for me, they informed me they couldn't order the phone anyway because there weren't any in stock!!! That goodness for Amazon!!

    Phone worked for about 16 days, then camera broke

    If you're looking at buying phones at Best Buy makes sure to pay the extra fee for their GeakSquad protection. I purchased the Pixel 6 from Best Buy because of the price. The phone worked great for about two weeks and then the camera stopped working. I took it to Best Buy and they told me there isn't anything they could do because its been 14 days and I didn't have a Geak Squad warranty on it. They told me to reach out to AT&T, which doesn't make sense because I bought the phone from Best Buy. Pro Tip- If your phone is going to break, make sure it breaks in the 14 day window or Best Buy won't do anything.

    Weak charging port and extremely buggy.

    This is my 3rd pixel phone (2, 3XL, and now the 6). I used to love these things. However, the charging port has wore out in my last 2 pixels and I've only had this one for maybe 3 months. It is now extremely unreliable that half the time its barely charged in the morning and i yave to bring my charger with me to work. It will not stay charging or stay connected to anything. It won't even connect to my android auto usb cable in my car making my new radio pretty much useless.

    My Seafoam is a Lemon

    I'm shocked at all the reviews from people who love this phone. Mine is a total lemon. I initially thought it was because I had to run updates out of the box. Well, I did all that. I reinstalled apps. I ... this phone just doesn't not work well. Shuts down all the time. Freezes. Is glitchy constantly. I've initiated a return and am not sure if I should get a replacement or look elsewhere. Very unsatisfied.

    Would not buy again

    The device does not have an audio port. Google did not provide a usb-c to audio converter in the box. When I called Google customer service, I was told it was so Google could save money. This device costs hundreds of dollars but Google was too cheap to provide a necessary accessory for customers. Google put profit over people. I'll never buy another Google device

    This phone is absolute rubnish . Anyone giving it a good review is either a Google flack or being paid by them. I honestly can' think of anything good about it. Unfortunately I bought one from Best buy.
