    I have actually traded this back in for a gift card at Best Buy since purchasing. I was very disappointed with the fingerprint reader, as well as other issues.

    Open box purchase: the condition was excellent; no real flaws I could see so basically this phone is brand new HOWEVER, it was missing the sim card tool; big issue for some trying to switch phones.

    If u like selfie, stay away bc it is trash. Low mp selfie camera is so bad while making video calls. I called my mom with it and she was amazed how bad it looks on her screen. Everything is good for the money. Just selfie camera is useless.

    So nice to have a phone that is customized to run the Google platform of awesome applications. The absence of bloatware is amazing. I've had a few Samsung Galaxy products over the years and I have to say I like this much better.

    Something is going on with the Instagram chat and Google 's keyboard, the keyboard always covers the bottom of the text and it doesn't show what u typed sometimes. It doesn't always happen but still annoying.
