The switch between this phone and my LG was seemless. I haven't ran into anything that but a bad taste in my mouth. The only negative would be the battery, but it has this adaptive battery and it is actually pretty cool and works pretty well. I'll be on my phone a fair amount and at the end of the day it only has about 40% left.

Lacks face unlock battery life is decent but not great or all day lasting.

Stopped working in less than 1 year

I paid full price for the unlocked version, about 1200. plus 200-300 for geek squad protection. Geek squad said they're not able to fix the phone. so the only option was a $850 store credit. Minus 85 store fee. So I got about 700 of store credit.
