The phone is buggy and get warmer than my iPHONE. It's not what I thought it would be.

My second phone purchase through best buy. Love the pixel phones.

Screen starting cracking on its own within 2 weeks of getting it and it was never dropped. Many posts about it online. Battery is a joke , tried everything to improve the battery life and nothing works, I'm lucky if get 12 hours. Overheating constantly, and ok top of that I tried to contact Google and the costumer service is a nightmare. I wanted to returned this masterpiece and I was not available but I couldn't. Run away from this phone, I was so much happier with my Samsung S20+. Also the insurance that I hired with best buy another piece of crap, tried to figured out how to solve the problem and again another waste of time and money...
