    The overall experience is great: fast, responsive, and sleek design even the back is plastic. I came from Android 9 so it did take some time for me to get used to the gestures. Be advised: you don't have to activate SIM through Best Buy if you are setting up eSIM. If you do so, the eSIM will stop working and you gotta set up again...(like I did

    Great phone and camera. But my phone got some issue with some phone calls. I hear a crackling sound/static like noise during the call. The noise is not very prominent, and doesn't happen on all the calls. I thought it was a device issue and returned the device and bought new, but still facing the same issue.

    Bought a new phone. the service rep did not port over my chats. The store did not have any screen protectors. servie rep was more interested in his personal texting. Very upset that the charger for my phone did not come with the purchase. Phones don't come with any guidance anymore? Seems we are going backwards....

    Okay this is definitely a great budget phone with like usual the best camera you can get at this price. It's kinda laggy lots of studders the speakers are pretty awesome though. Well it is what it is a really downgraded pixel 6. But it's a good phone for kids mom's and dads but definitely not the techy people.
