Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the Pixel 6a 128GB (Unlocked)'s camera quality, battery life, ease of use, and its price point. Many appreciate the phone's size and performance, while some find the lack of wireless charging and the tendency for the device to get warm to be drawbacks. The absence of a headphone jack and the standard refresh rate were also noted as missing features by some users. Overall, positive feedback on core functionalities outweighs concerns about missing features for most customers.

Mostly works great, nice photos, videos. Had a bug where there was no audio on a few videos until I restarted the device. This happened several times but has not happened for some time. Battery could last longer.

Google never know how to deal with Android...Rubbish. System is lack of a lot of key functions, I feel regret for not choosing a Samsung. Charging speed is freakin S!L!O!W! Although battery life in daily use is good, when comes to gaming or so battery runs out quickly and phone is extremely hot, stupid Tensor chip. BTW camera is pretty good, Google really squeeze every bit from that IMX363 sensor.

Actually an insane quality phone for the price! I personally picked this up through best buy after it was released for 6 months, knowing that google would put this on sale and got this for a price that you cannot beat, $50 dollars cheaper than getting it through google too!

This phone is not too big, nor bulky or heavy. Works fine for what I want it to do. Plus, it's made by Google which is the owner of the Androde operating system it contains. Thus, you would expect it to run well, which it does.

I got this phone for my mom and she loved it! It did take some getting use to as she was a long time Iphone user but it wasn't too complicated. The picture quality on the phone are amazing and definitely an upgrade from her old phone.

I love this phone. It is very similar to the previous pixel phones which I like because it makes getting a new phone so much easier. The transfer from the old phone to this new phone was seamless and quick. The camera is top notch.

I bought this for my mother and she likes it a lot. She doesn't use a lot of tech, but she was able to learn how to use the phone pretty quickly. She only uses her phone for the basics, so I'm expecting this phone to last her for some time. It's a good looking phone, too.

Great Phone, If You Disable 5G

I bought this phone for my daughter. Having owned a Pixel 6, I was well aware of the hardware limitations. This is a surprisingly powerful phone for the price point, especially on sale. It'll run Genshin Impact at 30 fps reliably on Medium settings. The one problem with the entire 6 series though is the 5G modem. It is woefully inefficient. Even idle, it causes the phone to be warm in outdoor environment. It's great that it's there for bad signal areas, but I would not leave it on. That said, if you do disable it, thermals are good and standby time is amazing.

You get flagship level cameras, processor and all the smart fearures no other phone offers outside of a pixel. Being a pixel owner is just easy.. pull your phone out and snap a dslr grade photo in one click. You hear a song playing and wanna download it? Your pixel is already telling you the name and artist on your lock screen and notifications tab. Spam calls? Google assistant handles that by screening the call before it ever bothers you. The fingerprint reader works incredible. Gaming? You got a flagship processor.. this phone should cost more so get it now. Whats missing? Wireless charging and only a 60hz screen. That's it.

Positives: - Low price - Cool design - Good picture quality for its price range - Google's user interface is simple and solid Negatives: - Poor connectivity issues: The phone will outright miss calls and delay the receiving of text messages, even in an area with decent signal. The primary function of phones are to call and text, so this is unacceptable. - While the photo quality is good, the phone will automatically rotate the pictures you take if you take it at certain angles. And there is no option to turn this action off. It is very frustrating if you're a person who often takes pictures. - Battery life: The battery isn't very good. More demanding tasks like watching videos or playing games can drain the battery quickly. I often found myself charging the phone at least twice a day. - Volume buttons and power button placement: Most phones have the power button under the volume buttons, but for some reason, Google decided to switch the placement of these buttons on the Pixel. So if you previously used a non-Google smartphone, you might not be used to the switched placement of the buttons on this phone and constantly press the wrong buttons.
