I'm sure the phone works as advertised, but I could have used more assistance in setting it up and transferring information from my old phone (Motorola).

Gorilla glass screen shattered on a light fall on light surface from less than 3 feet, the cameras focus lens broke on me within 6 months. Though while it worked it took decent pictures. The battery life dies within 18 hours-24 hours every time. Phone constantly needs to be charging. I can't wait to get rid of this thing.

This is the go to phone for our organization. A lot of durability and capability for the price. Highly recommend this phone.

Upgrade from 3a to this 6a went so fast and easy. It's working great for my 79 year old mom! So glad I was able to find this before the were sold out

There are many problems and I would not recommend this phone. The Pixel line has gone downhill fast and there are no reasons to buy these when there are much better phones available at comparable prices. The GPS is inaccurate and often takes 3-4 minutes to find me when I start driving, making any map app essentially useless until the GPS catches up to where I am. There are significant connectivity issues with Android Auto and my Subaru Outback. Android Auto will not connect to my car, making any map, music, or message functionality through AA unusable. I've troubleshot with Subaru and they even replaced my entire radio, which did not fix the issue. Apparently Google is aware of this and have acknowledged it, but they have no idea how to fix it. Lately I've been getting a black screen where the phone essentially turns into a brick. The screen goes black and no buttons work to turn the screen back on. Once I hold the power button for 30 seconds, that seems to reset the phone and it restarts. That's the only fix I can find. I'm switching to a Samsung, this is not worth the hassle at all and I would not recomment.
