    I did not buy this device for myself but rather my mother that does not speak english and is not tech savy. However, the low rating is given due to the issues my mother has had to deal with since receiving this device. My only criticism being that is not old people friendly due to either software/hardware bugs.

    Excellent phone with a solid feel, good size and great graphics. The camera is great and takes stunning pictures. It's a versatile with lots of customization available and since I ordered the unlocked version, I can take it to almost any carrier and it isn't filled with their bloat-ware. I'm a happy customer and will continue to buy Pixel phones.

    Nice phone. Read the reviews and take some with a grain of salt. Can get warm if you are on it for a couple of hours but not as bad as I read. Quick response looking stuff up. Still learning about some of the goodies I can do. Phone volume could be louder but speakers are good. Glad I brought unlocked phone for $285 at best buy and not from Verizon.
