Great phone, great price, good in store pickup experience. I needed to get a replacement shortly after purchase and had no hassles.

at first the phone was great. it was a really good phone and i had zero complaints. however now that im close to a year and used it. im gonna make it completely honest. its reallly good on battery life and daily useage. its one of the best phones for heavy usage. its very interactive and customizable. it was a good predicessor of all the pixels, UNTIL it happened. you will randomly lose signal. i get missed calles, and messages come in late. i looked it up on google's forums and other forums, its a massive problem with this phone, the 6, and 6 pro. i tried every fix on the pages, ive restarted my phone, and done a full factory reset. none workd. ive never had a bad experiance with a phone like this. as a daily device i do not reccomend it. as a temporary phone, maybe. TLDR: the signal is terrible.

I bought this for my son when he needed a new phone. (the battery in his Samsung was bulging) We went to the valley store, looked at it. price was right and it was in stock. He has been using it ever since over in the Bellingham area and is quite happy with it on the T-mobile network. (side note: my wife and I own Pixel 7 phones and happy with those, too.)

Very nice, sleek phone. Purchased to use in Ireland, which works great with Google Fi. The only gripe I have is the phone gets hot easily when using. You have to block the camera to keep it from getting hot and using up to much battery. This would be the perfect phone if Google can fix the issue.

I was excited to get this phone, but have been extremely disappointed in it. The screen sensitivity is horrible, even with no screen protector on it and choosing the increased screen sensitivity option. As many others have stated, I have been unable to get the option to use fingerprints to unlock the phone. It either "times out" in a matter of seconds or says it was successful but doesn't recognize my fingerprints or unlock the phone. I have never played any games on my phone and use it just for calls, texts, messages and surfing the internet, but the phone constantly overheats to the touch. It also has horrendous battery life. My old Moto G Power 2020 phone could go 2 or 3 days without being recharged. This phone completely runs out of power in 12 hours or less of calls and texts. The camera(s) are also crappy and take worse pictures than my 2020 Moto G Power. If you are determined for some unknown reason to buy a Google Pixel phone, buy one of the 7th generation models. Personally, however, I would never buy another Google Pixel phone.

One of the nicest phones I ever had and shipped on time

I love my new phone! It allows me to have a work profile and keep up with all things happening in the office, it has an amazing camera, and so much more storage than my previous phone. I'm very happy with my purchase this far!

Ordered online and it was ready by the time I got there. (It was a long drive.) Now if we could get screen savers and cases that quickly... what's up with only iphone accesories? Thank you for having such a clean used phone!!

This is my third Google pixel, and the worst. And I don't just mean worse compared to other smart phones that came out this year, I mean worse than my three year old pixel 4a in every aspect other than the battery is new. There's no aux port any more. It can't even recognize a USBC aux adapter and keeps turning my audio off. The finger print scanner on the back has been replaced with a screen scanner, which generously speaking can correctly identify my thumb print 10% of the time. I actually think it doesn't work in sunlight? The screen is pretty dim. Every app just runs slower than it used to. It did not correctly transfer my texts and messages from my old phone. And although this was a problem with my old pixel, Google can't hear my voice commands while driving. Which is the whole point. Overall I wish I had paid to just fix my charging port in my 4a.

Practical and economical smart phone and very good assistance from the store staff. Was not overloaded with unwanted apps and I was easily able to put into service after my Moto phone battery blew up.
