I love my Pixel 7 Pro. I came from an S22+ and found the experience on the Pixel to be superior and less boring. Unmodified Android is great, the camera is amazing, Google Play updates insanely fast, I have no issues with phone calls, and the battery life is on-par with or maybe a little worse than my S22+. That being said, I have noticed it getting pretty hot from time to time. I've seen it get up to 102-105F about 4 times since I purchased the phone almost a month ago. However, those were during the initial setup, extended photo and video taking sessions, sitting next to a heater, and another time while I had a lot of apps opened and playing a game. The later two are avoidable and the first one is bound to happen with any new phone that is being charged while being setup. From what I understand, the Pixel 7 Pro is everything the 6 Pro should have been and I am extremely happy with switching over to the Pixel 7.

Great price, great support during purchase. The phone is quick, and eye catching, inside and out. Camera and galary cannot be topped. I must say, after previously using Apple, and later getting familiar with my Samsung Galaxy phone...going Google took some getting used to... Which I fully expected. But the android operating system is familiar so it didn't take long or with too much effort. I love how it easily integrates and works well with my Google Nest smart home. My only hiccup is trying to get these notifications dialed in. Seems like I'm either getting too many, or not at all. It's likely do to my inability to find the time to configure them, as with android systems, most everything is completely customizable ... and is why I prefer android over Apple. It's a purchase I should have done sooner. Matter of fact, I bought my husband one, as well :)

This is the best phone I've ever owned. The only thing I wish for was for it to be smaller (which is the reason I'm upgrading to the 9 Pro). If the 9 Pro wasn't going to be smaller I would still have kept the 7 Pro because it has been a solid phone with all-day battery life, great camera system, snappy UI and an all around solid phone.

I bought the Google Pixel 7 pro last week and I'm loving it so far. It has a sleek design, a smooth performance, and a stunning camera. The battery life is also impressive, lasting me a whole day with moderate use. The screen is bright and crisp, and the speakers are loud and clear. The fingerprint scanner is fast and reliable, and the face unlock is convenient and secure. The software is clean and intuitive, with some useful features like call screening, live caption, and adaptive sound. The only downside is the price, which is quite high compared to other flagship phones. But if you're looking for a premium Android experience, the Google Pixel 7 pro is worth it.

Super snappy. Amazing assistant and voice to text accuracy. Predictions also v accurate. No bloatware. Pictures have a grainy texture to them esp in the snapchat camera( there is some grain in the Google camera app) I am Coming from a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra with vivid color mode on screen looks washed out in comparison. Google should have a vivid mode. The pure android exp is why I give it 5 stars.

I came from Pixel 6 Pro and this is a huge improvement. The new Tensor chip runs smoother, no heating issues, no dropped calls, and the camera has been upgraded also. The screen has less dramatic curved edges vs the 6 pro which is an added bonus.

Initial impression is this is an improved device over the 6 series. Seems smoother, faster, and haven't witnessed the thermal throttling as the 6 pro would do as of day one (not saying it doesn't, just not noticeable so far). Cameras and features in the app have improved enough to deserve saying there's a definite feeling of upgrade there with the new zoom feeling like a world apart from the zoom experience on every other camera in a phone I've experienced (this is many also). The feeling when holding and the appearance of the device is just more "premium" I believe is the term being used...... To me it's simply nicer in every way but screen and battery appear unchanged

So far so good, the only problem I've experienced so far was self-inflicted. Screen is nice, battery life is really good, low/moderate usage still leaves me with around 30% at the end of the day, fingerprint reader has only failed to read once in the hundreds of times I've used it already. The only thing I dislike still is the curved screen, there's really no need for it that I can think of, maybe it's slightly more comfortable if you're running it naked or with a slim case, but I don't, so, curved screen is a nuisance, however I'll deal with it for everything else great this phone has to offer. As the title states, I upgraded from the Pixel 4 XL, so I'm making a considerable leap, missed out on the problems the 6 had, and from everything I've read about the 6/Pro, I can say I have had none of those problems on my 7 Pro.

This phone is an excellent value at full price. Through Best Buy it was offered at an incredible value. Beyond the quality/price ratio, the phone is one of the best available in terms of a number of characteristics including: camera, display and usability. Although it is not a gaming phone, it is very quick and has some unique features that make it stand out, e.g., dictation and translation. After looking at numerous reviews I would say depending on your priorities it is 90% - 105% as good as the top of the line Samsung or Apple at 65 - 70% of the cost. Given how quickly technology changes as well as the possibility of damage to any phone, it seems like a great trade-off.

I got this phone over two weeks ago and have truly been impressed by everything from the screen resolution, responsiveness of the OS, image quality and image editing features, and the uniqueness of the design of the device. You can read all the reviews online about the features in more depth and detail but I have to say this phone hits the spot. The image quality is remarkable. Even better is the ability to edit photos after the fact by adding a portrait blur, unblurring images, or using the magic eraser. The magic eraser is probably one of the coolest photo editing features I've experienced in a while. You simply circle/highlight the area of an existing photo you want removed and voila, it's gone! Additionally, the unblur feature is really neat too. If your hands aren't steady and the image seems blurry or distorted - you can "unblur" the photo, which also works surprisingly well. I also haven't used Android OS since it's infancy and am truly impressed with how snappy and responsive this phone is when opening/closing apps or changing pages on your home screen, etc. The OS is uncluttered and visually attractive. The Pixel 7 Pro is also devoid of any bloatware that carriers or manufacturers may add to other devices. The screen itself is remarkably clear and bright and doesn't ghost. The response time of the screen may be less than some other devices, but it was plenty fine for me. There are reviews talking about how the battery is unimpressive - I'm not sure what those reviewers were doing but if you use your phone for work (e.g., Outlook, Teams) and personal (e.g., Instagram, Reddit, texting) - I can tell you I get about 18-20 hours of life before needing to charge it. Also another cool set of features is how you unlock the phone - you can set it up to recognize your face or if you're wearing a mask or something you can also use the under screen fingerprint reader. Both ways of unlocking your phone are fast and I find it convenient to be able to use the finger print reader as I travel often and sometimes that requires wearing a mask. Overall, I've truly been impressed by this phone. I tried hard to think of something negative to say since everything above is so positive but I couldn't think of any complaints. I truly enjoy using this phone and recommend it highly to anyone in the market for a phone that is feature rich that will bring some enjoyment to your life in an area that's been stagnant for some time

This is so close to perfection for an android phone to the point where the little things that aren't perfect are magnified and seem like bigger deals than they are. The camera on both my 6 pro and now 7 pro are so above and beyond the cameras on any other android phone in my opinion that they might as well not even have them. Gives an iPhone (yawn) a real run for it's money and in many aspects leaves it in the dust. Design is beautiful and feel is incredible. The only complaint I have about my particular unit is the occasional overheating but I just assume that with all that it is capable of simultaneously achieving it's going to occasionally happen.
