Had to go to the store twice and they were not helpful at all. Even after purchasing it online, activating the phone was a pain. I would recommend this item, but not from Best buy.

Bad batter life

I've had it for a year and I have to get a replacement due to issues with the charging port and also battery life. I have to recharge my phone 2-3 times a day barely even using it. I even deleted almost all my apps and changed settings of the remaining apps to restrict battery usage in the background and it made no difference. The camera was okay. But my husband has had a note 20 and also currently a zfold and I'm more impressed with those phones cameras.

This Phone is always acting up... having to force restart with frozen screen, Constantly having to manually reset 5G due to it cutting out. switched to LTE and still has some issues but not as bad. The menu-submenus are stupid. WOW the internet just cut off as I'm writing this review.. of course I cant return the phone now because I've had it for several months now. I wouldnt recommend this at all!!! Only positive thing is the camera/video is good.
