Purchased this phone for my son, he was an avid Samsung user and decided to switch. Absolutely loves it! He’s very happy with it and highly recommends it!

This review is for everyone who doesn't want to waste their hard-earned money. I purchased a Pixel 7 Pro about a year ago and didn't face any issues until recently. One day, the device attempted an auto-update to Android 15, and after that, it got bricked. No matter what I try, it won't start. After checking online, it seems this is a common problem with Pixel devices. Just search for "Pixel phones getting bricked." Essentially, there is no fix for a bricked phone, and your hard-earned money will simply go down the drain. I'm really unhappy with Google for releasing phones like the Pixel, which are completely unreliable. I have never faced such issues with any other brand of mobile phone I have purchased.

Had various iPhones for many years before buying a Pixel 7 Pro as my first Android phone. It was wonderful for the first 2 months, but then the display started having problems. At first it would just flicker--annoying, but usable. Within a week after the flickering had begun, the display started going black at random times. Sometimes lifting the phone would get the display to work again. Later, it got to the point where it will only work after holding the power button to force a re-boot. Now, rebooting sometimes works, but at other times the phone still has a black display after rebooting. The phone is under warranty for another month, but Google's customer service was AWFUL. Very difficult to get an agent rather than their self-help troubleshooting. Google's best option would only get me a replacement phone in 2 weeks. The preferred care plan only covers physical damage and lost/stolen phones, so that was useless. I loved this phone when it worked. Zippy performance and an OS that is more fun and customizable than iPhone. But my phone is used for 2-factor authentication for work and for many personal apps, so when it doesn't work, I'm in trouble. As much as I want to like the Pixel 7 Pro, I don't trust it to work when I need it, so I cannot recommend it.

The pixel 7 pro have serious problems with the screens. They flicker black and green repeatedly until they fail. Google support is no help and reportedly isn't honoring warranty. Mine has started to flicker now after 6 months. They told me to factory reset the phone for a hardware failure and are now ignoring me.

The phone is very fragile and NOT WATER RESISTANT!! I got my device spilled water in a restaurant 30 min later the device shut off and broke.the store doesn't protect you as a customer and Google did not cover it as it doesn't cover water damage although the device was never in water as water resistant device should be fine after few drops of water! My money got in the garage, Google offered me refurbished device for $600 which is ridiculous! Save your money don't buy this garbage,I would give 0 starts if I can, best buy I am sorry you don't protect your customers as you didn't help me resolving this, Google is a terrible company 6 months old device went on the garbage because of few drops of water ,fake advertising fake device I hope they get a class action lawsuit as the repair shop confirmed that Google pixel is not water resistant and they get those devices every day poor poor quality

Phone keeps getting ! In the bars. Even when I just had good signal. Gets hot. Screen locks a lot.

reset randomly 2 days in, had it all set the way i wanted and then it randomly factory reset.
