If you can get it on sale its worth while, the hazel color looks amazing in person, and the cameras/performance are top of the line. No complaints with anything like the battery life or display either

Phone is very nice with a lot of features. I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy 9+ and this phone is much better. Set up was very easy and the phone works great out of the box. Camera takes very nice pictures.

Love the phone. So much better than my LGV40, that was going on the fritz. Have been an android user for years and this is the best one yet. A few newer features to learn, but that's not a bad thing! Great looking phone too.

It's a pure android/Google phone. It's a phone without all the bells and whistles that would come with a Samsung which I've used for the past decade. I bought this phone while I wait for Samsung S24 ultra as my older Note 20 ultra bit the dust. The last Google phone I used was the Nexus6p and I loved it. Unfortunately I can't say that about the new pixel phones. This phone absolutely has no customization. Every other phone I've used or seen has way more options and customizations than this phone. On other phones you can change the navigation buttons, display or remove icons in the status bar. You can add or remove seconds on the clock in the status bar, but that's it as for the clock. Other phones you can move the clock or remove it altogether. Also, the phone randomly crashes while browsing on Chrome and YouTube premium pretty often. I'm a powerhouse (music, video, games, web surfing etc.) user and the phone doesn't cover half of my needs. I don't want a phone with extremely limited customization options, I can't make it mine without it. Google should take a page from Samsung. They have official modules for customizing samsung phones. It's called Good Lock. In Good Lock, every aspect of the phone can be changed. Very disappointed in this $1000 phone that is extremely limited on how you want it to look and feel. It makes me feel like I have an apple phone where everyone's phone looks and acts the same. That's why I'll definitely be getting my s24 ultra. The only good thing about this phone is the camera. That's it.

I got it on sale and for the price it is a good phone. It will do anything most people would use it for. No reason to buy a more expensive phone just to watch videos browse the web and send texts

For the longest I had Samsung phones. My work carries iPhone. When my Samsung broke and the cost to fix was half of getting a new Pixel Phone. So I went for the Pixel Phone. At first it was difficult because change isn't easy. After a month I am loving it. Pictures are great. The OS is smooth. No more Samsung apps crossing with Android. I am happy with the purchase. The change was having half of Samsung products and the other half on Android. Now that I have all in Android services. I am glad I made this change and it is way cheaper than the S23.

Smooth, responsive and has solid cameras. Not a fan of the tensor chip. It can cause the phone to heat up and battery life could be better, but it gets me through the day in most cases.

The Pro 7 is worth the money. I like the phone and it seems like a good value. I made my purchae when it was on sale over the holidays. It takes time to learn a new phone so keep that in mind. I have always had a Samsung note phone and I thought it was time for a change. Way to many Samsung apps and protocols in their phones. I just got tired of them. The camera works great and the videos are awesome. As a photographer I am was sold on the quality of my the photos and that I could edit them on the fly. The Android system works perfectly!! I love this phone. I just need to get around the learning curve to see what this phone can really do. I would recommend it to anyone.

Let me start out by saying that this is my first Pixel device. I'm coming from being a long time Samsung user. I like that this phone is cut and dry Android, but the problem I'm having is that there's a bunch of my old apps that can't be installed on this device. Maybe because of being Android 13 or just this phone not allowing them. I bought the unlocked version and the reception is pretty good outside my home. Inside is another story. I'm glad there's wifi calling, because the signal is absolutely gone in the areas where my old phone had no issues. Could be because of getting unlocked and not my service provider. All in all, it's a good phone.

Great phone to replace my OnePlus 6t with. Very snappy and has a beautiful screen. Curved screen does make it difficult to find screen protector.

Great phone switched from 6 to 7pro. Camera awesome. Navigation flows smoothly. Battery life is good but I only stream music and don't play any games on it. Overall I like the upgrade.

First try for Pixel after using iPhone for my whole life. It’s amazing. The icon is so vivid. Don’t know the technical reason but the screen is so amazing. And the camera is also amazing. A lot of things that you can customize for your phone and they are not complicated. Really recommend if you want to try out a new phone besides iPhone. It contains all useful googles apps and it can automatically synchronize with your google account when setting up the new phone which helps you smoothly get along with your new phone.

Great camera, amazing screen, good battery life, overall a great pick. Only negative is the material is ultra slippery so you must buy a case or it will fall off anything.

I have always wanted a Pixel device, mostly because of the promise of long-term updates. My wife got a Pixel 6 Pro last Spring. The pixel 6, and now the Pixel 7, feature extensive use of gestures for navigation. On her Pixel 6, I got frustrated with the gestures and restored the old-school buttons. On my new Pixel 7, though, I have become accustomed to the use of gestures after a couple of days.
I almost immediately ran into a problem with Google Photos, quick I had never used on previous phones. I started getting warnings about running out of space (in the cloud) for photos. I had transferred the photos on my old phone to the Pixel, which immediately uploaded them to Google Photos. Now I am threatened with being unable to send and receive email using Gmail. There is a 15 GB limit on the free account and I am loathe to pay for more storage, since I already pay for storage on my Microsoft 365 account, to which my photos are already automatically uploaded. To avoid this, I will have to regularly cull the photos on Google Photos to stay under the limit. This has the side-effect of also removing them from the phone. I can't just shut off syncing to Google Photos, since the enhanced photo editing features of the Pixel 7 are tied to Google Photos.
My only other complaint is with the fingerprint recognition. My index finger works reliably but, for the life of me, I can't get a thumb to work reliably. I've tried all of the suggested tricks to no avail. It will work for an hour or so and then start failing most of the time. I suspect that when the new fingerprint is captured, it is cached and, when it gets removed from the cache, the permanently stored fingerprint is different somehow. Since thumbs would be more useful when using the phone, this is frustrating.
As far as Best Buy, my interaction was minimal. I ordered the phone for pickup at my local store, went to the Customer Service desk, presented the emailed barcode, and walked out with the phone. After installing the T-Mobile SIM, the office automatically call T-Mobile when I attempted to make a call. They adjusted the new SIM and shut down the one in the old phone. Pretty simple and seamless.
