Then the screen went black and needed a hard reboot. Took 5 attempts to get it back. Now it happens every few hours. Google's warranty should help, but I'm not sure I'll trust this phone again

The modem disconnect at random times, battery life is pretty disappointing, and has pretty bad heating issues. Overall I would recommend you just wait for the new series 8 lineup which hopefully will fix these issues.

I will never buy another Pixel phone. This isn't an issue with BestBuy.

Physically it feel great in the hand and the screen is beautiful. Takes great pics but the Android software is so ugly and unrefined. Plus it would randomly reboot at times and being advertised as a dual sim device. It doesn’t handle that well at all either.
