    trade in didn't materialize

There was not a place on the website to get a trade in. It said the trade in would be arranged at the store when I picked up the Pixel 7 Pro. The store knew nothing about a trade in and wouldn't honor the trade in offer. The Pixel 7 Pro is as adverised.

    Good but but great

Google got the major thing right. Good phone but still needs to extra mile to beat the mainstream players. Original android has more bugs than oneui, small feature like double tap to lock and adding quick access to camera from lock screen is also helpful.

I received the 7 pro and the phone works great except for allson. I'll get an! Over the bars and it says no service. I'm 5 minutes from downtown Dallas. There is actually a 5G tower across the street. I've had Huawei phones. I've had one plus phones. My last phone was a Samsung s21 ultra. Never had any issues of 5G until now. I literally have to turn off 5G and put it on LTE. Turn the phone off and restart it to get service again.

    Overhyped, Poor Hardware

I have had Pixel 1XL, 3XL, 5 and 7 Pro. This is the worst of the group. The finger print sensor does not work, at all. After a day or so you'll need to redo the finger print, every time, every day. The camera is simply not improving, since the original Pixel. The hype is plain junk. The Bluetooth is weak, at best, resulting in poor connections with other devices, including Pixel Buds Pro and my car. (The buds and the car Bluetooth still work perfectly with my Pixel 5, that I use on another line). These issues are not unique to me. I have researched and found that many other users have the same gripes. Get a different phone.
