Customers are saying

Customers regard the Pixel 7a 5G 128GB (Unlocked) highly for its excellent camera quality, impressive battery life, and ease of use. Many appreciate the screen size and find it offers great value for the price. While some users miss the headphone jack and note occasional heating issues, the positive feedback on the camera and overall performance outweighs these concerns. The phone's design and smooth refresh rate are also frequently praised.

after a long time, i bought an Andriod phone. i am a common budget user. the phone is worth the money ( i got it during an offer sale for ~ $225 .) the Display, battery life, User experience is good. The OS is light-weight and smooth. The Pictures have real life colors , have excellent color depth and clarity.

I have had this phone for a year and a half and it has been a great phone. I use it every day to listen to Sirius radio on my Bluetooth speaker. The battery life is great as is the display.

I absolutely love the Pixel as a phone for its function, abilities and honestly the perfect size device. With that said, not being able to transfer group chats from my iphone to this Pixel, ultimately left me retuning to my iphone. The price was great, process to switch from Apple to Android was simple, and Google was great to deal with. However, not being able to have group chats with very important informaiton get copied over is why i ultimately did not keep it.

Best Pixel up through 7-series to-date

This is definitely the best Pixel I've ever used and especially for the price. Ever since Android 12, the OS has been finicky and glitchy. But that aside, this device is super, and it's nice that the A-series has a refresh rate up to 90, and not just 60 anymore, like the previous ones. And...for those who care like me, battery life is very good. Moderate to continual light/medium use will get you through to bedtime. Lots of video streaming or video calling will give need for recharge, but that's somewhat expected (even though I've discovered iPhone 13 and beyond can even harbor some of this better than most all Androids).

It sounds like I've found a real gem of a phone! A stunning display, seamless performance, and exceptional camera features are some of the best things you could ask for. Plus, the clean, fast interface without bloatware is a huge bonus. It’s great that it offers so much value for its price.

Been a great phone. Feels fast and I like all the built in Google stuff. Picture quality is good and camera comes up fast. I did crack screen 2nd week of use. Rolled on it while under a car. I am on the phone a lot videos pod casts. It last throughout the day but with heavy use like when my kid plays games you will be charging it sooner than you would like to at the end of the day.

I am the proud owner of a pixel 4a, and before that an original pixel XL. I am quite impressed with Google phones as a whole. There have been glitches in the past with pixel phones, but Goog almighty send to have them worked out. I am thoroughly impressed with the pure android experience. All my phone's have been unlocked so i don't have to deal with all bloat ware usually installed on phones locked to a specific carrier. My pixels have given me the best experience with the camera and it's photo processing software. Now that the pixel has the Tensor series chips, that seems to be allowing Google to fix and or update these phones quickly.

Very intuitive and user friendly phone. Great camera and screen. The phone is light weight and the size is perfect for smaller hands. Unfortunately, with the smaller size comes a smaller battery that can't make it through the day even with very careful moderated use. If battery life is important to you, this isn't the right pick unless you don't mind charging it during the day. If it weren't for that issue, I'd give the phone five stars as everything else is excellent.

Picked this up b/c my other phone broke. I've always been an Android user but I never had a Pixel before. And I may never go back. The phone is fast. Takes great pics (haven't tried vids yet). And the display is sharp with 90hz refresh rate. The downsides to the 7a is it gets warm fast, like after 15 mins of constant use - YouTube, shopping, reading news articles - doesn't matter what I'm doing. Also, the screen size is a bit smaller than what I'm used to and still haven't adjusted to it.

Phone is a big improvement from my Moto G(6). Battery lasts more than a day with my "normal" use of calls, texts and email, but will run down in less than a day if using for extended periods for GPS. Camera is good, but not quite as good as I expected from other reviews. Photos taken using zoom are usually grainy and poor focus (maybe it's user error?).

I've had every pixel phone from the og to now the 8. The 7a is a nice and polished example of what an android smartphone should be. Smooth and buttery, with all of Google's services seamlessly integrated into quality hardware, the pixel 7a to me speaks flagship performance. From the snappy animations, the os, the excellent camera to the super lightweight and handy 6.1" form factor this phone hits all the high notes for me. NOTE: The fingerprint sensor can be a bit inconsistent sometimes.

Very solid phone, unlocked and can flash after market OS on it with ease. I am running GrapheneOS, and the bettery life is reasonable, camera quality is very good, the only complain is that the high in the audio was a bit squicky, but I already got used to it after couple days. The shipping is a bit slow though, but probably the fault of UPS instead of bestbuy. Took me over 4 days to get this phone.
