I've been waiting to replace my beloved Pixel 4a, but haven't really liked any models since. I was really excited for this one because it seems like the most similar to the 4a. The size is very comparable and the aesthetic is similar (rounded corners, smooth finish, etc). If you're thinking about the 8, I would definitely recommend making the switch!

Solidly built phone with good features

The camera is much better than my previous Motorola Edge. I also love that it is a clean build without any manufacturer bloat ware. The one complaint I have is on battery life. iPhones still seem to have Google beat in this area. The phone lasts about a day under normal phone/email/short video usage whereas an iPhone I had lasted two days with similar usage.
