    Apparently the phone is supposed to withstand being submerged in water, but from my experience, the phone is not water resistant at all. Mine broke after getting some water splashed on it — not even submerged. During the less than a year I had it, I enjoyed the high refresh rate display and quality camera.

    a very nice phone. It was an upgrade for me. I keep phones for as long as I can, so Pixel 7 years of updates was important. I just hope the battery will last.

    I could have bought this phone anywhere but I returned to Best Buy for their exceptional customer service. The Verizon rep at the Blakeney store (Rahi) was helpful above and beyond in guiding me and helping the phone get set up through the network. He was generous with his time and very knowledgeable and considerate.

    Activation on this phone was primarily controlled by the Google software and it looked at all of the electronics in my home. This cause a few problems as it tried to make all the info on all the devices similar. When setting up this phone, be sure to move slowly and read ALL of the screen instructions!!!
