The Verizon rep at the Blakeney store (Rahi) was helpful above and beyond in guiding me and helping the phone get set up through the network. He was generous with his time and very knowledgeable and considerate.

And the guys at Best Buy were super helpful! I was able to get a a Best Buy credit card without any issues and was able to make my first purchase with it to buy my phone. Definitely a Google Pixel phone girl now!

Went back to iPhone

When opening apps I’d frequently be encountered by a pop up message asking me if I wanted to set something up for that app or giving me tips about it, it was good at first but became very frustrating and overwhelming. Coming from an iPhone, the layout seemed messier. Battery was not good at all, it died as quickly as an older phone and the phone would always get warm. I think the only cool thing about this phone were the photo editing options, but this was certainly not sufficient to override everything else I disliked about it. Overall, having tried this phone was a mistake and I ended up running back to the iPhone.
