Snappy performance... Great cameras... Tons of cool software features... Vivid screen......... battery could be a little better.

This phone is slick...both figuratively and literally. - Been using the Pixel 8 phone for 4 weeks - The glass back makes the phone smooth and slippery as ice. On the first day I intercepted it starting to glide toward the edge of a table top and again on a fabric sofa arm. Putting a phone case on it has greatly reduced the slippery issue. - Google's commitment to provide Android and security updates through October 2030 drove the decision to buy the 8 vs the less expensive 7a. - More metal & glass in the 8 vs more plastic in the 7a also influenced the decision. - Migration from the old Pixel 3aXL was slick as well. Connected the new phone to the old with the 8's USB-C x USB-C charging cable, followed a few prompts and the migration took a little over a half hour. - I opted to skip copying 1,000+ pictures from the old phone or it would have taken much longer - In hindsight, it would have been prudent to fully charge the batteries on both phones, and turn the screen brightness down. The old phone's battery was at 67% when I started. When the migration finished it was down to 8%. - All apps, contacts, WiFi connection details successfully set up on the new phone. - The macro photo feature seems to work well - So far I am pleased with the Pixel 8

The best feature is the AI-Powered Camera that always enhanced the experience of capturing the moment. The design itself is standalone, which make it unique from other phones. It is definitely worth the money I spent and perfect gift for my wife.

First time pixel user. I really like how easy it was to transfer over apps and data from previous android phone. Size is just right to do one hand texting. Is a lot less "clunky" compared to previous android phone in that it works well with android auto and have not had any growing pains as I did with my old phone. The only thing I dislike is that the battery life is not great. I still get through the day but have noticed that the battery drains quickly with just surfing the web or streaming videos on YouTube.

If your looking for a great phone that won't break the bank, this is it. Great camera, cell reception and display. I am really enjoying my new phone and no regrets of buying.

I’ve been using the Google Pixel 8 for a few weeks now. The camera is fantastic, capturing sharp and vibrant photos. The performance is smooth, and I love the pure Android feel. However, the battery life hasn’t impressed me, and the price seems steep for what’s new. Still, it's a solid phone overall.

Amazing phone with best in class features and best buy Black Friday deal topped it up. The phone is fluid with decent camera and all the goodness of android without any bloatware.

This is a nice upgrade from the Pixel 7, slightly smaller in size which works for me. So far the battery life is great and with moderate use my phone lasts all day one a single charge.

Love the phone. It is smooth and works flawlessly. It does tend to get warm when charging but nothing to be concerned about. I do not use thr phone for playing games qnd I cannot vouch for the processor. My concern so far has been thr battery life. I am having to charge by the end of the day with moderate use. I am hopeing the adaptive battery will make things better in the future.

Easy transfer from old phone. Much better performance. String battery life.

Being an iPhone user since iPhone 4, I never thought I would move to Android, but Pixel changed that belief. It's really a intelligent phone. Call screening feature is one of my most used in this device. Camera is also excellent. If you want an intelligent phone with best in class camera and not crazy high prices, Pixel lineup is the way to go! Plus the battery life is great. With iPhone, I had to carry my charger everywhere I go, now sometimes I forget where I left my charger.. LOL!

Nice long battery life that gets me over a day with moderate use. Camera is magnificent. I switched over from a Samsung Galaxy and my one qualm with this phone is that the apps cannot be organized in the full app list to hide some of the not regularly used apps.

Very fast but can heat up a little bit. Camera is very good.
