This is my best phone i purchased and it's so easy to buy in best buy

Bought this for the wife to replace a beat up Pixel 6a. She loves the compact size and the face unlock (6a had it too, but not as well integrated as an option for opening other apps). Great phone at a great price!

Pixel 8 does all it promises. Looking forward to the long support period..

Been loving it since I switched from the pixel 6a, the camera is crisp and also has long exposure modes with astrophotography. The screen feels better than an iPhone. The free buds sweetened the deal even more

Still learning some of the nuances of the Google pixel 8, but its a very intuitive phone. Easy to adapt to in my busy communications world!

My son needed a new phone, and because he is a bit accident prone, I bought the "Budget" phone for him based on reviews.This phone is so much better than expected. So I bought another for my wife.

I traded my pixel 7 pro for this device, since the size was pretty much that I got carried away. But this was not a good idea. The phone is in general sluggish, camera lag being the most prominent. Thought the pictures are really great. Multitasking with android auto using google maps, youtube music, taking a teams call is a nightmare. It would just restart the phone. Battery backup is another problem. I had to charge twice in a day, starting with full charge. Android 14 has many bugs too, gmail would become non responsive often. Many apps would need to be reset often. I had no other option to give up on the phone. Have had pixel 6, 7 pro and 8 on launch days. And this is the last time. Lesson learnt, You cannot fix things with only software and AI, you also need good hardware to get the basic multitasking first. Got a oneplus 11 at almost same cost, buttery smooth, battery is at 81% as I type where Pixel would be at 30%.

This phone is a good upgrade from the google 6a I had previously. Better photos!

I bought this for my mon. shes likes it a lot. easy to use and great quality.

A great camera. It takes beautiful pictures of people indoor and outdoor. I am not happy with the nature photos that Pixel 8 can take. The dynamic rage and details the phone captured were not good enough. Sample photo added for reference.

A great phone with a great camera. A bare bones Android experience that is software is updated every every month. Google drops new features and other security updates regularly.

Bought it as a gift for my wife because she shattered the back of her Pixel 6. I’m not a Pixel user but she loves it.

Overall, does have a few glitchy moments, not sure if it's been related to wifi/cell signal but didn't really have any issues withy pixel 2, until the battery gave out on me. Pictures have been quite a bit clearer than my old phone

It got really hot at first. This lasted for a couple of weeks. It would get hot just using goole maps. The weather app wants to open with Calendar sometimes. All in all, a neat little phone though. Like the updates, ect.

Replaced my pixel4xl only because I had to. The battery quit working. This phone randomly freezes CONSTANTLY. It has all the same features and 5G and the camera is nice. I miss my old phone. Also it's black and ugly.
