Like the features on the phone good phone hard phone

The promised delivery day was postponed three times and when it arrived it came a day before the delivery date. It was messing with my schedule as I wanted to be present when it arrives. I was afraid it might get stolen.

The camera was oversold on it promises, zooming in would make this very visible change of lens. then there was is rotation on it as the phone stood still. Interface was not very different from what I'm used to coming from Samsung. The gestures were a very good idea on paper but once in a real world usage it gets on the way on many apps. Unfortunately, I had to go back to Samsung. I also had some issues with humidity getting inside and fogging up the lenses and obstructing the SIM card reader, using cellular signal once leaving WIFI signal.

Works good with android system. Fingerprint sensor doesn't work more often than it does. Other than that the interface is good and very customizable

The touchscreen functionality isn’t always reliable. It is really sensitive to the touch and glitches at times. Overall good device for the cost.

The cell phone is in good condition, delivery was quick and exactly what I ordered.

5G and Wifi 7 are working well. Worth upgrade. Works in both USA and Canada.

The front glass scratches very easy. Make sure you have a screen protector. I cannot get more than 3 hours of screen on time unless I have battery saver mode on. Screen is very nice and bright and no heating issues. I do not game but so stream YouTube and listen to a lot of Spotify. I came from the iPhone xr and I chose this phone over an iPhone for the price. I'm not sure if I would do it again though.

Good bang for your buck 7 years of updates and replacement parts

Works great, but glass build quality is not great. Small bump and the glass at the back cracked. Not to mention the pink tint in screen under direct sunlight. Regarding battery life, if you use 5G, it's gonna drain battery very fast.

Can't get messages in Mexico very complicated I'm tray to mani things doesn't work

Ordered the phone Dec. 29, 2023 for delivery by Dec. 30, 2023 (that's the reason I ordered from BestBuy). It was not delivered and upon a chat with customer service on Dec. 31 they said: "I've checked your order status and I apologize that we were not able to get the product ready within the given timeframe. Seems like the item went out of stock from the store while the order was processing." BestBuy refuses to refund my money and is asking me to wait until they send the phone to me Jan. 13, 2024. Extremely poor customer service by BestBuy. I ordered a Samsung phone directly from Samsung and it'll be here Jan. 4. It's Best Buy's fault that I'm going with Samsung.
