Excellent phone. If you've tried Pixel before or just love a great software experience I would highly recommend the Pixel 8 pro. The Bay blue is also such a great color, this coming from someone who almost exclusively does matte back everything.

Would not recommend buying. Had issues with getting calls, voicemail, and text. The unit would freeze or refused to open apps. Google help didn't really help when requesting assistance. Battery life was good and so was the camera. But those couldn't convince me to continue keeping this phone

I love this phone, it's so slick though that if you put it on a not flat surface it will slide right off and scare the crap out of you because you thought the surface was even lol one of my favorite phones ever.

I upgraded from a 6pro to an 8pro. Yes, of course the phone is faster and more sleek and newer, but i have recently also had the opportunity to interact with an iphone 15, but the P8pro continues to surpass many other phones.

Great upgrade coming from a previous pixel phone, pick up at store was simply and efficient.

Top of the line os. Refresh rate allows smooth seamless transitions. Powerful operating system makes multitasking amicable. Bought one for myself and one for the wifey and we love it.

Only reason I replaced my Pixel 7 with the 8 was due to me damaging the phone and it not working anymore. Besides same price as when the 7Pro came out, don’t see much of a difference from the previous model, I’d say your good with either or.

Love, love, love this phone and Pixel phones in general. Amazing having a pure Android experience without any manufacturer bloat or skins.

Great phone was kinda sceptical on getting a pixel coming from a Samsung but honestly it is super easy to transition to. The Google UI is in my opinion way better and clutter free

Was an excellent phone until the pixel 9 pro came out.

I'm gonna start with hardware and design - This is phone is well built, and has a NICE matte feel on the back of the device. The camera bar is sleek in design, and integrates well with the overall look. It's a large phone, but its thin enough to feel small depending how big your hands are. The frame is shiny, but it just works. The new rounded design from the previous generation is a major upgrade. The screen - It's large and beautiful. Viewing movies, playing games, anything. It's gonna look amazing. Any angle, you will be pleased with what you see. Cameras - This is the BEST part of this phone, and I am being honest. The photos have always been GREAT on Google phones, but now VIDEO is simply amazing now. While past models were good, this one is on another level. When you get this phone, turn on HDR for video, and set your photos to 50mp in the pro settings of the camera. You will not be disappointed. You can shoot videos like a professional, right on the phone. Upload to your favorite social media site, and others will be amazed it came from a phone. The software is wonderful, and just flows. Android works well, and best on Google phones. It's fast, fluid, and strong. Battery life - I am able to use this phone for about 3 days with little use, and about a day and a half with heavy use. You should be okay to make it through 24 hours. I started a new line on the Verizon network, and it's been fine. Calls are good, internet is fast. Overall, this is simply a great buy and it's at the top of my list of phones.

Overall so much better than the 7 pro, everything is much smoother and task switching is much faster. The only thing I have a problem with so far is a little slow on the camera load which they say they're going to fix soon.

Best Buy had a really great promotion going on for the Google Pixel 8 Pro which encouraged me to buy, the phone is great with some good features especially when it comes to editing. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

Solid as expected. Delivery smooth and truly fast. Purest form of android as they say……Money well spent, got me a pixel watch 2 for pre-ordering and BestBuy did me another solid with generous Trade-in of my Pixel 7 Pro
