I ordered a Pixel 8 Pro OpenBox Excellent condition from Best Buy on December 9, 2024, which was delivered on December 14, 2024. I have two main concerns: Missing Accessories: The package I received only included the Pixel phone and a 1m USB-C to USB-C cable (USB 2.0). According to Google’s official page, the original accessories should also include a SIM tool and a Quick Switch Adapter. Without these, I am unable to open the SIM tray or transfer data from my old phone. Additionally, the original phone box was missing. Please refer to the list of original accessories provided by Google here. https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/7158537?hl=en#zippy=%2Cpixel-pro Poor Customer Service: I contacted best buy customer care via chat to address this issue and was connected to a supervisor. Unfortunately, Support person was very unprofessional and disconnected the chat while I was typing my response. He also failed to provide basic information that could have easily resolved my concerns. This experience was extremely frustrating and caused me significant stress. I feel deeply disappointed and cheated by Best Buy. Never buy from best buy. #BestbuyCheater #BestbuyScammers #BestbuyPoorCustomerSupport #BestbuyFraud

The camera processing adds a lot of noise, the camera switching is very bad for close-up photos, and it is slower than my Pixel 7. Overall, I would recommend waiting for Pixel 10 or higher.
