This phone checks all the boxes for me. It takes great photos while allowing me to fix someone's eyes that were closed. And when I'm not using my Pixel all the spam calls I receive makes me appreciate Google's built-in call screen. No other phones compare!

great camera, good features, light weight, good battery life

I waited to do this review after I've had it for a little while. Everything's okay about it except I put it next to a Motorola G power sometimes the Motorola could perform this one. I fell in love with it first but I was going to return it but Best Buy has the worst customer service when it comes to returns. I had to go as far as reporting to the Attorney General's office.. I talked to so many people at Best Buy trying to fix little things about it until I finally gave up and the battery isn't that great in the camera is average.The Motorola G had a better display in my opinion. That's $800 that could have just been saved and went to something else I had to do so many things if anything I would not use Best Buy

Pixel is the best android phone out there. It is amazing to use and has the best software experience on an android device. The camera is the best out there right now. oh and I forgot the AI chops. This is the first phone in years to have truly innovated in the phone calling app.

Great photos, snappy response, overall a great phone. Like most pixels since the Tensor it does have thermal issues. Keep it out of direct sunlight for more than 2-5 minutes or it will shut down.

The Google Pixel 8 Pro is the best smartphone camera for still photography, video is amongst the best in the android community. The screen is incredibly bright, and shows very natural colors. The only downside for me is the battery life, I understand that everyone uses their device differently however I usually only get roughly 5 hours of screen on time after a long day.

It seems like a nice upgrade over pixel 7 pro. Camera is redesigned, nice animation throughout the OS (probably an android 14 update), but sometimes have run into weird issues where wifi doesn't work, and have to restart the device (hoping will be fixed with OS updates).

Bought over a year ago and still good to use to this day! I've accidentally broken so many phones by dropping them and this has sustained every accident so far. I also love the Google Pixel Software. I love knowing the gesture controls, and it is fun to hand to friends and watch them be confused for a second before I show them how to use the system.

This is the best of the Pixel lineup. Having owned the 7pro and 6pro I can see the evolution first hand. This is by far the smartest phone on the market. I am disappointed by the price increase but encouraged by the upgrades made to the screen and body. Well done Google!

Operates fine. The camera is great. Screen resolution super. The battery drains faster than I hoped and the phone feels warm while charging.

Phone looks amazing. Just sad that setting up the new phone is not that great as transfers from iphone to pixel mobile doesn't work properly. For example whatsapp migration from iphone to pixel doesn't work leading to loosing all chats. Front Camera looks good but not as bright as iphone 13 pro. Rear camera is great especially when zoomed in.

phone looks and works great never had any problems with system and camera wanted to trade in in 9 pro XL but cant cuz system is showing different prices

Google Pixel 8 pro is no doubt number one mobile today. It has more than everything one can ask for. I upgraded from my pixel 7 pro. Before pixel 7 pro I had a iPhone 11 pro max. Next phone will be pixel 9 Pro for sure. Thanks to Best buy for Best trade off offer.

Always bought cheap phones in the pastand there was alway little problems getting things connected like Android auto etc. Best thing is that everything works flawlessly. No problems at all and the camera is amazing. Glad I spent the money on myself

Excellent. Camera is top notch. When it’s google no words on the image quality. Was hesitant at the screen but the display justifies the price and got the phone for $200 less than original price.

Wow! This is amazing! Way better than the Pixel 7 Pro! Flat Screen is the TRUTH! Plus the screen is so clear, the resolution is insane. If you have a Pixel 7 Pro, this would be an upgrade, not too necessary but with it. If you have a 6 Pro, GET THIS RIGHT NOW!

This is an awesome upgrade over the 7 pro from last year. The phone performance is smooth and doesn't have any heating issues like the previous model. The cameras are all improved, not every shot is golden... But vastly better than last year.

I started getting the pixel since pixel 3 and this is by far the best experience I've had with any phone I've owned. The camera quality is a huge plus!

Just purchased the Google 8 & traded it in for the Google 8 Pro. Best purchase I've made! Really nice features, easy to use, & practically does all the work for you! If they offered it in pink, I would have got it!

Great device, upgraded from the Pixel 7 to the Pixel 8 Pro. Mainly wanted the 120 HZ and Flat screen, along with the camera options. On top of this, BestBuy had a great incentive that made me return the same device I had originally ordered from Google Store so I could get better Trade In with BestBuy. Been very happy.
