Pixel 5 and Pixel 7 (skipped 6) was so bad imo i swore i wouldn't go back and went to s23U . Great hardware, but didn't like the extras Samsung offered. I enjoyed the simplicity of Google's vanilla os. When the 8 pro came out i was tempted and finally got it. Imo, best Google phone since pixel 3. I'm excited to see if Google continues with this great phone or Google's and makes a dud with the 9.

Seamless Process moving between phones

Migrated from Samsung to Pixel - the migration process was super easy. Warning to others who do this - keep your old phone around for a few days and connected to WiFi. Several Google Services made me 'approve' through my Samsung before allowing access through the Pixel.
