    Purchased open box like new. Phone arrived with large scratch on the back of the phone and the microphone was faulty, causing people not to be able to hear me. I blame this mostly on the return team at Best Buy than the phone itself. Unfortunately, the prices went way up right after I discovered this because they were on sale and a replacement exchange was not something I could see happening so I just sent it in to Google and they sent me a new refurbished phone that works great. So yay Google but boo Best Buy on this one.
