DO NOT Buy!!! Best Buy was great and took the phone back for a full refund but the phone does not work as it is supposed to. It has a software bug in the Bluetooth and it will not stay connected to your car, it will drop and try to reconnect over and over again, tested on three different cars same problem on all of them. I drive 40,000 miles a year and a working Blue Tooth connection to the car is a MUST have.

Good but not as good as iPhone 15 pro. Overall nice phone.

Good phone, Google continues to improve the hardware arm of their organization. UI is great and all the bells and whistles with AI power also really cool. Unfortunately, as an Apple user, it’s just not quite enough to get me to switch away from the Apple universe.

As a regular phone works ok but I paid for a flagship smartphone. When connecting via Bluetooth, it fails miserably. I never know when it is going to connect. It does not have a earphone jack, so my Bluetooth earphones work half the time, not to mention any other blue tooth device such as external speakers etc. Do not buy!!!!

I bought this phone, open box but new and in excellent condition, to save money. But when it arrived Best Buy had not erased the phone/restored it to factory settings. It still had text messages from the previous owner. So this review is more about Best Buy's tech team that processes returned phones and not the phone itself. The phone itself works great.

Let me first say that I don't know if it is the phone or the product line (Pixel 8 Pro): While the phone has some great features, the battery will periodically get excessively hot. This is very apparent when you try to watch any form of video on YouTube or something like a news clip. I have to turn off the phone and let it rest for a while and then turn it back on. The other issue is the battery life. I do good to get through the day on a full charge. I don't know if it has anything to do with the battery over heating but it definitely doesn't get me through the day only using it lightly!

Good cell phone, images look amazing the only problem is that it only works for certain companies.

Phone was great. But even for an open box purchase I still expected an owners manual as well as a sim card key!

This phone often gets hot and freezes.This is the worst phone I've ever used.When I open two Applications it heats up quickly.Even though I have always used Samsung or iPhone before, I wanted to try something new, I am very disappointed in this phone

Don't believe the hype. There's no AI. Same phone as pixel 7 pro but with a flat screen. Phone gets hot when taking video. Reception is really terrible. The phone can't switch between cell towers or Wi-Fi access points without dropping the connection.

Worst purchase I've had in over 10 years. I lost out on hundreds of dollars because you canceled my original order that had a promotion price. I went back and forth between customer service agents for weeks and ended up having to go into the store to pay. Brutal experience with terrible service and zero compensation or support.

I have no issues with the product but have a hugh concern regarding the delayed delivery of my item. When contacted the call center, no ownership of taken with respect to the delay. It was like my fualt the my parcel was delayed. I was told upfront that delays are not compensated. Is this how Best Buy works? Very surprising. Also no reason for the day was also provided. Please look into this matter as I am extremely disappointed with best buy.

Do not buy this crap. 1k and I have to reset internet 20+ times a day. It's a known issue with pixel. Updates don't fix it. It won't stay connected to the internet so it makes your phone useless. Nothing helped. I get a new one. Battery life is ridiculous too

It is the worst phone ever I used in my life. Battery is hardly heating to my new phone. There are not many apps in my phone and it's 256 gb ram still it's heating heavily and glass is also poor quality they used waste of buying it.

I was extremely let down and disappointed. When I tried to change the Pixel 8 Pro's font size to a larger one, the user interface of other applications became distorted, and the text became unreadable. How unfortunate that the apps do not work with the phone's settings. Oh well, the iPhone will have to do the job for now.

So as i used the phone other persons number was on the phone idk why or how but it was very much atill active and there where no original accessories the person who took them. It moved slow and clumsy and i say that cause i drove to the Google store and got it new and it is amazing

Poor performance. I only kept this for about 6 months. I couldn't stand how slow it is. Same performance as a 2021 Android Phone.
