Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is in response to the awful customer service for BestBuy as me preorder was delayed twice and canceled, transferred back and forth between sales and phone departments, I lost count after 6 and denied a supervisor. Basically out of my preorder deal that included a pixel 2 watch for free.

When I received this item the trade in disappeared from my purchase history. Therefore, I will be returning the entire order and Bestbuy will have lost out the shipping of this and the Pixel watch, plus a disgruntled customer
