Best Buy was great and took the phone back for a full refund but the phone does not work as it is supposed to. It has a software bug in the Bluetooth and it will not stay connected to your car, it will drop and try to reconnect over and over again, tested on three different cars same problem on all of them. I drive 40,000 miles a year and a working Blue Tooth connection to the car is a MUST have.

When connecting via Bluetooth, it fails miserably. I never know when it is going to connect. It does not have a earphone jack, so my Bluetooth earphones work half the time, not to mention any other blue tooth device such as external speakers etc. Do not buy!!!!

UI is great and all the bells and whistles with AI power also really cool. Unfortunately, as an Apple user, it’s just not quite enough to get me to switch away from the Apple universe.

But when it arrived Best Buy had not erased the phone/restored it to factory settings. It still had text messages from the previous owner. So this review is more about Best Buy's tech team that processes returned phones and not the phone itself. The phone itself works great.
