Phone arrived with large scratch on the back of the phone and the microphone was faulty, causing people not to be able to hear me. I blame this mostly on the return team at Best Buy than the phone itself. Unfortunately, the prices went way up right after I discovered this because they were on sale and a replacement exchange was not something I could see happening so I just sent it in to Google and they sent me a new refurbished phone that works great. So yay Google but boo Best Buy on this one.

Best Buy was great and took the phone back for a full refund but the phone does not work as it is supposed to. It has a software bug in the Bluetooth and it will not stay connected to your car, it will drop and try to reconnect over and over again, tested on three different cars same problem on all of them. I drive 40,000 miles a year and a working Blue Tooth connection to the car is a MUST have.
