Value of money, best purchase if you are looking for budget phone

Awesome phone, doesn't feel budget phone at all, I like everything about it

Awesome phone. Still trying to figure out some of the features. Will continue to explore all the features and will definitely post my opinion.

I normally prefer bigger phones with large screens since my eyes aren't what they used to be. However, I do find that a smaller does serve its purpose as well, but for the most part, smaller full featured phones are hard to find, since the demise of the mini. I recent got the Pixel 8a, and must admit that I like this phone a lot. Mine is black, and I do wish I had gotten one in blue, but a case will fix that quickly. It has a solid simplistic look with an unconventional camera. Long bar vs box to one corner. It has just about every feature I would want at a decent price. It is wireless charging, finger print and face security, and decent screen and battery. I didn't forget the camera- it has excellent front and back cameras, with decent night shooting. Add to that 7 years of updates and security, the longest I know of, and a built-in call spam filter. Google did a good job with the software, and the phone is responsive and clean. After using this phone the last few days, I find it a pleasure and excellent. Only thought is that I wish the screen was a bit more vibrant. Battery life has been decent, and I hope this battery will be a big improvement over the batteries in some other brands. Everything loads quickly and reception is good. Good job Google !

Perfect size to replace my 6A and the camera is great with google phones. Battery life isnt the best but works good enough for me.

Phone is a nice upgrade from 4A. Fairly simple to setup once we were able to get through the verification process.

While selecting start on Google maps it freezes. I have get out of maps and enter address again and select start then it works

Phone is very good. I'm having a problem downloading files from a certain website. I think it may be an Android 14 problem

this is the phone to get if you don't need ALL of the flagship bells and whistles... overall a pleasure to use

Phone is good, but sometimes the screen doesn't respond to touch and I have to force shut down apps and restart.
