    Not quite sure. The tech wasn’t helpful and they didn’t download my contacts. After getting home and couldn’t text or make calls I was frustrated and just returned this item.

    Phone looks good and simple to use. Android os is very basic and I don't the fact that you cant remove Google search bar widget on the home screen
