Purchased as a gift for my dad. He seems happy with the new phone. It's pretty slick so I recommend getting a case for it right away.

Pick-up was super smooth. End to end with trade-in absolutely no issues. The phone works great. I traded in my iphone 12 and I couldn’t be happier. Screen is bright and responsive, OS is smooth, the feel of the phone in hand is excellent. The curved body and weight distribution make it feel very premium.

I have been using pixel phones since Google Pixel 1 and the most recent being Pixel 8a. So not a big difference for me from pixel perspective but what I really like is the Gemini out of the box. And as with all other pixel phone, the photos are beautiful. And plain android experience . No complain so far

Great device at a reasonable price. We tend to keep our device for many years. I really like that this one offers ongoing updates without an expiration on support from Google.

Google's latest flagship base model is an awesome phone to use. Its faster than previous models and all the connectivity issues that plagued my pixel 8 are long gone with upgraded hardware, and the new styling kinda resembles iphone but honestly its better imo. Then there's Gemini ai. Think chatGPT built into your phone ready for whatever. There are even premium ai models for subscription for the more arduous tasks that the base ai can't handle. All in all the pixel 9 is a slam dunk compared to the 8 they definitely outdid themselves.

The phone is great. Much of the information from my trade in phone was not transferred, however, and I will have to pay someone to finish the job. Fortunately, I was able to transfer some information and pairings, but there are still some gaps.

Very reasonable phone. Good value for money. Relatively easy to operate, although it takes time to get used to its clean Android system.

Really solid device for 650 plus tax. Coming from Samsung eco system, it's very similar. They all do the same stuff and at a fraction of the cost. This phone stays much cooler in use, which was my biggest gripe with Samsung. Would recommend.

Got a good deal for trade in with Best Buy. The phone is good so far. No complaints except for initial hiccups of transitioning from iPhone to pixel. my 1st phone outside of Apple so it’s a big change for me. The trade in process was easier though it took a little while for the employee.

Phone works well and is light. Camera is so much more powerful then I expected it to be. Especially in low light

Great phone. Upgraded from an iPhone 13 Pro and am amazed at the technological advancements that Google has over Apple, especial in regards to the camera and hardware capabilities. Also, ordered my phone online and the experience was perfect.

I really like this phone overall. The only issues were my inability to change display color temperature and the lack of micro SD slot. But the display is amazing and the cameras are great.

Excellent product as were the previous models I've owned. I don't like the new design as much as the older designs were unique and distinctive. Pixel features are great.
