The Pixel 9 was easy to set up and works well enough. Some of the apps lack features I'm used to. I understand why it doesn't have a memory card, but I think that's a failure. The audio during calls sounds natural.

Great phone and great customer service at best buy

Nice upgrade from the 7 in a lot of ways especially reception, but I have some stability issues that weren't present on the 7. The main issue is that the swipe gestures occasionally become unresponsive until a reboot. It is possible that this is caused by using a custom launcher, but it is still incredibly annoying because it wasn't an issue before

Great phone switched from iPhone to Android after 3 years. The speaker quality is the only issue other than that Pixel rocks over iPhone. The camera features like Add me are the best ones that I liked most in Pixel 9 Pro. Pixel AI features like 1 year Gemini access for free is a big value add.

Finally a Pixel that feels like a premium phone. No issues with speed or phone heating up. Battery life after about 7 months is getting worse though, not sure whether it is an android 16 beta issue.

I love the picture quality of the phone. I got an open-box one and I'm loving it.

Have had the Pixel 9 Pro 256gb 2 months now and have had no issues. Transferring data from a Pixel 7 was super easy. Easily transferred my eSim from Visable to the Pixel 9 Pro, Phone got a bit warm installing all the apps on the phone but really no issues. Just updated to Android 16 and have had no issue in the last week since update. It's a keeper. Picked up at the store, super easy.

I've used Apple and Samsung most of the time. This is my first Pixel. This is a far superior phone than either of those. The updates are quicker, the features are more helpful and it's more open than Apple or even Samsung. The only downside is that Google knows everything you do, but they do, even if you use the other 2, so at least I get the nicer phone now.

I recently purchased the Pixel 9 Pro from Best Buy and had a great experience. The in-store pickup was smooth and fast—I got the phone on the next day I placed the order. The Pixel 9 Pro feels very premium in hand, the display is stunning, and the performance has been excellent so far. Everything runs smoothly, the camera is top-notch, and the battery life is solid. Really happy with this purchase.

This is the near perfect phone we can have in the family. Takes great photos. We treaded our old phone in the Black Friday offer and got the best value from Best Buy.

Switch from a Galaxy 22 ultra the Google pixel 9 Pro. Carrying around a large phone for the past 2 and 1/2 years was getting on my nerves so I went something smaller. I've been using the Google pixel 9 pro for about 3 months now. Battery life is extraordinary. Prepared to the Galaxy 22 ultra. I can go all day streaming music and still have 65% battery life left over, on a 8-hour shift. The camera quality at at at night has fantastic quality and clarity. I am very happy that I switch from Samsung to Google.

Beat android phone I have ever purchased. Excellent pictures quality and battery life. I would strongly recommend for people looking for good android mobile.

I upgraded from a Pixel 7 for the additional memory and camera features. It doesn't disappoint. The video and picture features make capturing family events, and astronomy fun. The migration from my old phone was extremely easy, as it moved my apps and settings perfectly.

This was a really good device. I got delivered even before the scheduled time.
