    Phone is excellent. Fedex delivery was a pain, however-- signature is required, and they didn't actually knock on my door multiple times.

    if I can give zero or negative I will. I bought this item and had to returned it only to know it wasn't recorded on my transaction history hence I never got a refund. I noticed it after I got back from my vacation for 2 months. I raised 2 cases of dispute but both were denied because there were no history it was returned. I believe the personnel in store didn't actually file the return and just told me it has been process but in reality they put it in their pocket. Now I have to suffer because of it.

    I haven’t even received my item and Best Buy wants me to review it. I ordered the phone on 23May and it won’t arrive until the 03Jun. If you need a new phone because your old one died, don’t buy from Best Buy. They can’t even spring for 2 day shipping much less ship an item that costs close to $1000 in less than 10 days. My review isn’t for the phone I haven't even received its for Best Buy and UPS. 0 stars.
