Nice camera upgrade from the google. I love this phone

Good phone for sure. I am missing the double tap to lock screen and some other old fashioned features. But looks like you still can't have it all even for such a premium price :) Still happy I got it!

I purchased an open box Google Pixel 9 Pro phone on Oct 3 2025. This phone had software issues I hadn't discovered until a few weeks later. I contacted Best Buy on several occasions about the Google factory warranty, which they refused to follow up on, because I hadn't purchased their extended warranty. Upon contacting Google, I discovered my phone had been previously purchased on July 27, 2025 and returned, for obviously the same issues. As Google has my warranty date of July 27, and not October 3, may date of purchase. Best Buy possibly knowing of the phones issues, resold it as an open box item. At this point, I'm stuck with a phone and its software issues, and no one, neither Best Buy, Google or Google's authorized repair dealer ubreakIfix will resolve my issue. My point is, don't buy anything from Best Buy, without buying their extended warranties. As they obviously do not honor a factory warranty. And never, ever buy an open box item from Best Buy!

I switched from an iPhone to a Google Pixel. I'll say I believe made a great imvestment. I would highly recommend!!

Been with pixel's phone since pixel 2. This one came blasting with everything needed. Hopefully in future models we can get back the wide front facing camera as the Pixel 3 had.

Fast service at the store and good quality and nice price

We have stuck with the Pixel phones since they started and never had issues until this one. We bought the Pro version and as we held it, it felt very light and cheap. We had it for two weeks and within that time, it would be very slow and when playing games, very laggy. We returned it and just had our Pixel 8 fixed. If you want calls and texts, its fine. Otherwise not anything special.

Great RAM, handles 10 apps running at once for my job! I needed a phone for my job that wouldn't lag and Google has finally managed it. The price tag is hard to swallow, though, so that is a consideration.

I came from apple. Wanting to try something new/ different. So i bought this with the pixel watch to match. Speaker phone or playing music doesnt get that loud and i woild often have to have my earbuds in to talk so i could hear my calls. Unless i was in a quiet room or something. About once a week my phone would power down amd restart completely on its own. Once it came back it it would be fine. I kept the phone for about 6 months. Then changed to galaxy

Upgraded from the pixel 7. Excellent upgrade, got a great deal from best buy. Love the phone, love best buy.

I've been waiting for a smaller Pixel Pro device for a while. I'm glad this one was launched. So far everything feels the same as the 8 Pro with Android 14. No bugs or hiccups and launch. Just a solid android experience.

This is the best Pixel yet!! Jammed with great specs and now in a smaller size with the Pixel 9 Pro. This is the perfect phone.

Bought it for my son. We have been Galaxy S users for years. For all things teenage boy, this phone has been fantastic. I currently use the S23 Ultra. This phone is tempting me to make the switch.
