    The phone works great but the trade in program was not as smooth or efficient. Be aware that your old phone must be reset to factory settings before completing the purchase which makes it difficult to transfer data from the old phone to the new one. Also, after going thru two customer service agents, the store manager and to get involved to complete the trade in process. Overall, the service was good and the store manager was very pleasant to deal with.
