Great phone, albeit I should have gotten more storagr space as the 128gb gets eaten up very quickly. Gemini AI is cool but its not quite perfect yet for navigation in my use case. Search indexing as of right now doesnt search into the "Settings" app no matter what I try, but thats small nitpick. That and my smaller hands shouldve went for the regular 9 Pro rather than the XL

The Germantown MD Best Buy rep, Andreas, was outstanding. Buying this phone was a very positive experience and I will come back to Best Buy for future phone purchases. Much better selection and services than at the Verizon store.

very good looking phone. battery life is good too. but this phone is slippery without a case and I like to go bare-back... giggity. I like the google android OS. high end phone with meh specs. overall good phone and the average person will like it, but I ended up selling it on eBay and bought the OnePlus 13. much better value.

What I needed. Had the Pixel 7 Pro but had an unfortunate accident and it was no longer operational. Enter the Pixel 9 Pro XL An absolute upgrade, Just wish the pricing was more budget friendly.

Google Pixel 9 pro XL is superb and awesome. I will definitely recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for android.

The phone works great but the trade in program was not as smooth or efficient. Be aware that your old phone must be reset to factory settings before completing the purchase which makes it difficult to transfer data from the old phone to the new one. Also, after going thru two customer service agents, the store manager and to get involved to complete the trade in process. Overall, the service was good and the store manager was very pleasant to deal with.
