Your A-Series are pre-attached with medium eartips and come with small and large ear tips so that you can improve your fit. Ears are unique so your left ear may be different from your right ear. We recommend trying the different eartip sizes for each ear to find the best fit. A tight seal gives you better sound and mic performance. If you are not getting the audio or call quality you expect, try bigger eartips. To swap eartips, pull the attached eartip off and press the other eartip onto the earbud until you feel a light snap. Each person's ear are different shapes. So the little stem does not slide into my ear like they claim. I like these because I control the volume from my phone. The more I hit other ear buds the more prone they were to falling out. I have not had any issues with them falling out while weight training and running in 90+ heat with humidity.

Lightweight, something really nice about them even though the battery life is average and there isn’t volume adjustment on them. Nor ANC. But sound quality isn’t as good as Pro, but with the right EQ in app, it can pop decently okay.
