Q: Why are the Pixel Buds A-Series considered sound isolating?

A: The Pixel Buds A-Series are considered sound isolating because they are designed to fit snugly in the ear. This creates a seal that helps to block out ambient noise.

Q: How do the beamforming mics enhance call quality?

A: The beamforming mics help make calls crystal clear.

Q: What is the purpose of the stabilizer arc in the design?

A: The stabilizer arc helps keep the earbuds securely in place. This ensures they will not fall out, even during rigorous workouts.

Q: What is the duration of the manufacturer's warranty for these headphones?

A: The manufacturer's warranty for both parts and labor on these headphones is 1 year.

Q: Do these have volume control?

A: No, they don't have a gesture-based control. But you can touch and hold the bud to activate the Google Assistant and tell it to increase/decrease/set volume to a particular level.

Q: Do both headphones come equipped with a mic piece? For example, if I am in a call and my one connected headphone is running out of battery, can I swap headphones to allow the one with low battery to charge, while continuing phone calls with the second bud

A: You are correct, each earbud does come with built-in microphone capability. Coincidentally I also tend to charge one earbud while listening and speaking into with the other

Q: Where are the Pixel buds made?

A: According to the box, they are designed by Google and made in Vietnam.

Q: What's in the box

A: Two ear buds, a charging case, a USB to USB-C cable, two small user's guides, and 3 different sizes of silicone tips.

Would recommend especially if you commute

I really enjoy these buds for my commute to school, Zoom meetings or just watching youtube. The sound quality is good, they fit comfortably in my small ears and I can quickly connect between multiple devices without having to do the whole Bluetooth connection process again. I really like the sage green kind of color. I don't think olive was a good way to describe it. (The case in the photo is the Spigen Rugged Armor btw)

Good budget earbuds with some flaws

I have been using my buds for a few weeks now with my pixel 7. They've been great in terms of sound quality, connectivity and how well they pair with my Pixel phone. I also like the design of the buds and of the charging case, While there are great earbuds, do note that, they last for 3-4 hours max (after which, you put them back in the case to charge) However, recently, when I put them back in the charging case, they don't charge properly. So when I want to use them next, they're out of battery. It's because the earbud's charging pin doesn't always make good contact with the one in the case. The case's LED blinks to show it's charging, but you have to watch it carefully. It often takes a few tries to get it right. Another issue is with regards to the comfort. At times, the buds hurt the ears. I'd suggest that you adjust the buds and avoid pushing it all the way in.

    Truly Surprised!

POV from a beginner audio enthusiast... & an iOS user. First off wasn't expecting much from a pair of $100 earbuds and a pair from Google... A company who's not really known for being big players in the Audio industry. These have checked all the boxes for me. 1. Audio 2. Comfort 3. Ease of Use - they are by no means is it Sennheiser or Campfire. But they are a pair that are not bloated in the bass department and too piercing like some Chi Fi brands nor are they too over processed. The audio sounds mostly accurate and fun to listen to. The initial setup was done on a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and it was fast and user friendly. I ticked the Basa Boost option and afterwards connected the Buds to my iPhone 12. Seriously I am very pleased. Give these a try!
